  • Publication number: 20100186999
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a conductive material that allows a low electric resistance to be generated, and that is obtained by using an inexpensive and stable conductive material composition containing no adhesive. The conductive material can be provided by a producing method that includes the step of sintering a first conductive material composition that contains silver particles having an average particle diameter (median diameter) of 0.1 ?m to 15 ?m, and a metal oxide, so as to obtain a conductive material. The conductive material can be provided also by a method that includes the step of sintering a second conductive material composition that contains silver particles having an average particle diameter (median diameter) of 0.1 ?m to 15 ?m in an atmosphere of oxygen or ozone, or ambient atmosphere, at a temperature in a range of 150° C. to 320° C., so as to obtain a conductive material.

  • Publication number: 20100187563
Abstract: An object of the invention is to provide a method for producing a conductive member having low electrical resistance, and the conductive member is obtained using a low-cost stable conductive material composition that does not contain an adhesive. A method for producing a semiconductor device in which silver or silver oxide provided on a surface of a base and silver or silver oxide provided on a surface of a semiconductor element are bonded, includes the steps of arranging a semiconductor element on a base such that silver or silver oxide provided on a surface of the semiconductor element is in contact with silver or silver oxide provided on a surface of the base, temporarily bonding the semiconductor element and the base by applying a pressure or an ultrasonic vibration to the semiconductor element or the base, and permanently bonding the semiconductor element and the base by applying heat having a temperature of 150 to 900° C. to the semiconductor device and the base.

  • Patent number: 7616883
Abstract: A pair of rotation plates 10 are provided on an upper surface and a lower surface of a camera body 30. The rotation plates 10 are rotatable with respect to the camera body 30. During panorama imaging, a user holds the pair of rotation plates 10 with their fingers to hold a camera 9. An actual rotation angle of the camera body 30 with respect to the rotation plate 10 is detected by an encoder provided inside the camera. When the actual rotation angle reaches a target rotation angle, an image capturing process of an element image is automatically executed.

  • Publication number: 20060113906
Abstract: A light emitting device having excellent thermal resistance and light resistance is provided. The light emitting device is manufactured by disposing a substrate electrode having a predetermined conductive pattern provided thereon to a substrate of a ceramic; flip-chip mounting a light emitting element having an n-side electrode and a p-side electrode on a common surface side onto the substrate electrode in a face-down manner and electrically connecting thereto; heating a glass to a temperature from the glass transition temperature to below the melting point of the glass, until the glass shows its softened state; and fixing the softened glass to the substrate by way of pressing to cover the light emitting element with the glass.

  • Publication number: 20050135337
Abstract: A node is a signalling end point that handles a control signal of the common channel signalling system. Four IP-STPs are signalling transfer points that transfers the control signals. A node and four IP-STPs belong to a logical network A identified by a network identifier NI=0, and four IP-STPs belong to a logical network B identified by a network identifier NI=15. In the logical network A, only one signalling point code is allocated to the four IP-STPs. The control signal is transferred using the network identifier NI and signalling point code SPC.

  • Patent number: 6452085
Abstract: A thermoelectric device includes a thermoelectric element composed of principally thermoelectric material, a counter element adhered to the thermoelectric material. A solder layer lies between the thermoelectric element and the counter element and adheres the thermoelectric element to the counter element. A restraining layer prevents the solder ingredient of the solder layer from spreading into the thermoelectric element. The restraining layer is composed of a first layer to prevent the solder ingredient of the solder layer from spreading into the thermoelectric element and a second layer composed of material having a higher wetting property than the first layer with respect to the solder layer.

  • Patent number: 5585147
Abstract: A surface treatment of a glass fabric used for a fiber reinforced composite such as multilayer circuit boards comprises the steps of exposing the glass fabric to an atmospheric pressure plasma of a mixture gas to obtain a plasma-treated surface of the glass fabric, and coating an organosilane compound on the plasma-treated surface. The mixture gas contains as a reaction gas at least one of an oxidative gas and a fluorine-containing gas, and a rare gas as a carrier of the reaction gas. The mixture gas is pre-heated prior to the plasma excitation thereof. When the glass fabric includes an organic compound as a sizing agent, the organic compound can be efficiently removed from the glass fabric by the exposing step. For example, the organosilane compound can be coated on the plasma-treated surface by exposing the plasma-treated surface to a second atmospheric pressure plasma of a second mixture gas containing an organosilane monomer.

  • Patent number: 4865877
Abstract: A method for roughening a ceramic substrate surface includes a step of sequentially taking out part of roughening a treatment bath of phosphoric acid into which the ceramic substrate is dipped prior to a formation on the substrate of conductor a layer, and subjecting the part of the bath taken out sequentially to regeneration treatment. Any increase in the viscosity due to dehydrating condensation of the roughening bath can be thereby effectively restrained to prolong effective life of the bath. Further, the surface roughened ceramic substrate can be provided thereon with conductor layers smoothly formed by means of a plating and eventually with a circuit pattern as well as a resistor formed on the pattern within an inert gas atmosphere.
