  • Publication number: 20190180621
Abstract: The present invention provides a parking assist apparatus capable of improving convenience when a passenger of a vehicle gets on and off. According to the present invention, the parking assistance apparatus acquires information on parking candidate frames, and where an own vehicle can park, from a front camera, a right camera, a rear camera, and a left camera configured to acquire information on a surrounding environment of the own vehicle, and from surrounding environment information acquired by these cameras. The parking assistance apparatus detects surrounding environment information and of the parking candidate frames, and from the surrounding environment information and information on the parking candidate frames, and determines a target parking position where the own vehicle parks based on the information on the parking candidate frames, the surrounding environment information, and the preference information related to getting on and off of a passenger who rides on the own vehicle.

  • Patent number: 10221944
Abstract: Provided is a power supply breaker circuit diagnosing technique capable of accurately detecting functional failure of a power supply relay of an electronic control device for a vehicular automatic transmission, and capable of reliable transition to a fail-safe state, without requiring a change in the internal configuration of the current electronic control device, and with a minimum of system modification. By utilizing a network communication channel such as a CAN implemented on an electronic control device (ATCU) for a vehicular automatic transmission, and using another electronic control device as an ATCU monitor device, the other electronic control device which is on the monitoring side controls a breaker circuit of the ATCU. The other electronic control device on the monitoring side breaks the breaker circuit of the ATCU for a certain period, and makes a diagnosis by detecting communication loss from the ATCU.

  • Patent number: 10161511
Abstract: Provided is an automotive transmission control device in which a shift range signal can be generated as accurately as possible and control of vehicle travel can be maintained even when a signal input port for a computation device develops a fault. The automotive transmission control device according to the present invention: is provided with three input ports for receiving shift range signals; and provisionally determines the shift range state by the majority decision of the input ports, estimates the shift range state on the basis of the travel state of the vehicle, and performs a final determination of the shift range state by using both the provisional determination and the estimation.

  • Publication number: 20180202544
Abstract: In a continuously variable transmission of an electric actuator system from which a hydraulic pressure generator such as an oil pump is excluded, it is necessary to cut off power supply to an actuator and turn a motor into an inoperative state similarly in a hydraulic actuator system in order to prevent unintended sudden acceleration or deceleration when a fail state is formed due to microcomputer failure of an electronic control device. As a result, a belt-slipping state occurs causing traveling failure. Thus, a master CPU (for control) and a slave CPU (for monitoring), which are configurations of an existing electronic control device are used. Both CPUs have monitoring functions configured to perform mutual monitoring. In addition, the existing electronic control device is also considered as a monitoring device via a network to provide a monitoring configuration among the three devices to accurately specify the failure part (CPU).

  • Patent number: 8315780
Abstract: There is provided a high pressure fuel pump control system for an internal combustion engine which enables fuel pressure control with high precision without being restricted by the number of cylinders of the internal combustion engine or the number of phase sensor signals and the number of cam noses which vertically drives a plunger of a high pressure fuel pump even when a camshaft phase varies by a variable valve timing mechanism by using the high pressure fuel pump with a solenoid valve. The control system has a means which changes an effective stroke by driving the solenoid valve in the high pressure fuel pump, and has a means which changes the drive timing of the high pressure fuel pump based on a cylinder recognition value of the internal combustion engine with the cam angle detecting means as an origin.

  • Publication number: 20080254884
Abstract: In a supporter's music image selecting processing, rhythm, tempo, and chord that correspond to an image for a supporter's music is determined. In a player-information quantifying processing, a player-numeric value that corresponds to information of a player character is determined. In a player-numeric value quantifying processing, player-numeric values are compared, and comparative data is stored. In a supporter's music data quantifying processing, a variety of information for generating a supporter's music for a player character are quantified based on the player-numeric value and the comparative data. In a supporter's music data creating processing, supporter's music data, which will be melody fitting in with a player character, is created based on rhythm, tempo, chord, and a supporter's music data-numeric value.
