The detection unit detects discontinuous points where a signal level of an input signal is discontinuous. The control execution unit performs predetermined control on a loss section that is a section between a first discontinuous point and a second discontinuous point detected by the detection unit. The predetermined control has a control start position at a point in time before the first discontinuous point by a first period and a control end position at a point in time after the second discontinuous point by a second period.
