Abstract: The present invention aims to provide a sweat-absorbent sheet containing antimicrobial medical agent ingredient and effectively absorbing sweat and a disposable diaper having the sweat-absorbent sheet. A sweat-absorbent sheet comprises a base sheet and an antimicrobial medical agent ingredient integrated with the base sheet. The base sheet includes cellulose fiber. The medical agent ingredient is a quaternary ammonium salt. The base sheet is wetted with a solution of the quaternary ammonium salt and dried thereafter so as to be integrated with the quaternary ammonium salt. The sweat-absorbent sheet is available to a disposable diaper.

Abstract: A bodily fluid containment structure has an inner sheet and an outer sheet which are formed with through-hole extending through the sheets. The inner and outer sheets are bonded to each other along outer peripheral edges thereof to form an envelope. The inner sheet is formed with an opening. On both sides of this opening as viewed in a longitudinal direction Y, the containment structure further includes front and rear containment regions adapted to contain bodily fluids. The opening is aligned with the through-hole extending through the inner sheet and the outer sheet. The peripheral edge of the opening is bonded to the outer sheet by first bonding means. The dense fiber portions deform elastically, and this prevents undesirable peeling and diminishes fluffing.

Abstract: The present invention provides a disposable nursing pad having a layered structure of a liquid-permeable sheet, an absorbent body, and a liquid-impermeable sheet. The liquid-permeable sheet and the liquid-impermeable sheet are adhered to each other. This prevents the liquid-permeable sheet from becoming detached from the absorbent body, and provides a nursing pad having an improved capacity to maintain its three-dimensional shape. A pair of pad pieces 2 and 3, each of which has a layered structure of a liquid permeable sheet piece, an absorber, and a liquid-impermeable sheet piece, is joined so as to form a nursing pad 1 having an approximately conical shape. With the nursing pad 1, a connection portion 4 where pad pieces are joined forms a ridge which serves as the center line of the nursing pad 1. The nursing pad 1 can be folded along the ridge.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for determining illustrations for a diaper to be worn, for example, by an infant. With the present invention's illustration determination method, for a diaper, comprising a main body, fitted onto the body of an infant, and an illustration displaying part, provided on the main body for displaying an illustration, the abovementioned illustration is determined based on the age in months of the infant. The illustration can arouse interest of an infant definitely since the object of interest of an infant depends on his/her age in months. An infant can thus be made to calm down during diaper exchange and the labor of diaper exchange can be alleviated.
