  • Publication number: 20100189906
Abstract: A three-coat one-bake type coating process for forming a multilayer coating film which attains high efficiency and brings about an excellent finished appearance. A three-coat one-bake type coating process includes applying an intermediate coating material, applying a finish base coating material, applying a clear topcoating material, and drying, wherein a two-package type coating material containing an isocyanate compound as the crosslinking agent is used as the intermediate coating material, whereby the surface fluidity of the intermediate coating is improved to make the coating surface smooth and the mixing of the intermediate coating with an upper layer and/or the volume shrinkage of the intermediate coating due to the component eliminated by curing are inhibited to give coated members having an excellent finished appearance.

  • Publication number: 20030210681
Abstract: Method of controlling a delay fluctuation absorption buffer and apparatus for controlling a delay fluctuation absorption buffer are able to cope with a delay fluctuation magnitude that changes at any time depending upon traffic situations of a packet transmission channel when information that should be reproduced in real-time is transmitted in the form of packets. When receiving audio data is started, received packets are started to be read out from a delay fluctuation absorption buffer after received packets of the number equal to a start accumulation packet number had been accumulated in the delay fluctuation absorption buffer. If the number of received packets accumulated in the delay fluctuation absorption buffer exceeds a maximum accumulation packet number, then received packets of a predetermined number are discarded.

  • Publication number: 20020125780
Abstract: In the magnet rotor 1 in which the outer peripheral shape of the back yoke 3 composed of an electromagnetic steel plate or by laminating ordinary thin plates 3a having magnetism is formed in polygon and a permanent magnet 5 is adhered and attached to a fitting plane 4 of the back yoke 3, the permanent magnet 5 does not cause any rotation gap to the back yoke 3. Also, since the back yoke 3 is formed in polygon, only the permanent magnet 5 can be made thicker in a center part without changing a contact width and leak magnetic fluxes between N and S poles, the magnetic flux density is increased and the output is increased. Further, since a sleeve 10 is press-set into a step part 12 of an outer peripheral face of the permanent magnet 5, when the magnet rotor 1 is integrated in a stator 11, a clearance of the permanent magnet 5 and the stator 11 can be reduced and the output can be increased dynamically.
