  • Publication number: 20240019465
Abstract: A current detecting device has: a bus bar through which a current under measurement flows; a fastening member for fastening an external member to the bus bar; a chassis formed integrally with the bus bar and a shield, the chassis holding the bus bar and fastening member in a mutual contact state; and a magnetic sensor placed so as to face the bus bar, the magnetic sensor being capable of detecting a magnetic field generated when the current under measurement flows through the bus bar. The bus bar has a fastening terminal portion on the same side as an end of the bus bar, the fastening terminal portion being in contact with the external member. A connection surface is provided so as to be exposed from the chassis, the connection surface being a surface through which the fastening terminal portion is brought into contact with the external member.

  • Publication number: 20080305291
Abstract: An injection-molded article that can allow the position of the weld line in the opening to be displaced greatly is provided. The injection-molded article includes a plate-like member in which an opening is formed in the vicinity of an edge of the plate-like portion. Here, the plate-like member has a suspending portion closer to the edge than the opening, a base portion facing the suspending portion with the opening interposed therebetween, and two side portions that are located between the base portion and the suspending portion and that face each other with the opening interposed therebetween, and is formed by injection by allowing a resin to flow from the base portion. A recessed portion having a shape continuous from the inner circumferential surface of the opening and extending so as to get apart from the inner circumferential surface of the opening is formed on one of the side portions.

  • Patent number: 7192317
Abstract: A detecting device includes a housing, a detecting unit mounted to the housing, and a terminal insert-molded to the housing. One end of the terminal is electrically connected with the detecting unit, and the other end of the terminal has a rising portion and is led out of the housing. The housing has a gate side and a columnar terminal lead-out portion. The gate side is disposed in correspondence with a gate into which a resinous material is injected during injection molding. The terminal lead-out portion covers a base of the rising portion of the terminal. The terminal has a protrusion at the base of the rising portion. The protrusion protrudes up to a surface of the terminal lead-out portion in a direction that is substantially parallel to a direction perpendicular to the gate side.
