  • Patent number: 11924736
Abstract: A wireless communication unit and a wireless network system enable a plurality of wireless communication units to be wirelessly cooperated with a simple structure, can easily realize cooperative operations, and can execute IP packet transfer control without acquiring communication path information from an external network. A relay wireless communication portion that is connectable to an upstream unit (upstream wireless base station portion) that is another upstream wireless communication unit via an upstream inter-unit wireless bearer is provided. A wireless base station portion is connectable to a downstream unit (downstream relay wireless communication portion) that is another downstream wireless communication unit via a downstream inter-unit wireless bearer.

  • Patent number: 7522297
Abstract: In print instruction apparatus for giving printing apparatus an instruction as to print conditions required for printing print data, a “Print Instruction” folder 61 having folders of respective items of the print conditions below the “Print Instruction” folder, a “Print Status” folder for confirming the print status, and the print data are displayed on a screen of a display portion of the print instruction apparatus. The “Print Status” folder has a “Finished Print Job” folder, an “Ongoing Print Job” folder and a “Reserved Print Job” folder. When print data is moved or copied to any one of these folders, processing is executed in accordance with the contents of the folder to which the print data is moved or copied, while the respective statuses of ongoing print jobs, reserved print jobs and finished print jobs are displayed.

  • Patent number: 7040530
Abstract: Choices relating to printing conditions which can be designated at a printing device are displayed on a display section of a host device. The choices are displayed as folders. Folder groups, in which printing conditions relating to sheet size, number of sets, double-sided/single-sided printing, N-UP printing, and absence/presence of sorting are set as names of folders, are displayed successively and hierarchically. Here, by selecting designations until a folder of a lowest hierarchy and by manipulating a file of print data into the folder, printing conditions at a time of printing the print data are designated and are transmitted to the printing device.

  • Publication number: 20040190048
Abstract: An image forming device and method enable editing of printing data while a printing sequence of the printing data transmitted to an image forming device is maintained. The printing data transmitted to the image forming device from an information processor is stored in a memory of the image forming device. For the editing of the printing data, the printing data stored in the memory of the image forming device is edited and is then provided as the printed output using the information processor without deletion of the printing data stored in the image forming device.

  • Patent number: 6353537
Abstract: A radiating-plate mounting structure for mounting a radiating plate on a semiconductor integrated circuit installed on a printed circuit board is arranged to have a pin disposed on the printed circuit board in the neighborhood of the semiconductor integrated circuit and to fix the radiating plate to the semiconductor integrated circuit by pressing the radiating plate with a spring member using a lock part of the pin as a fulcrum. At this time, the middle part of the radiating plate can be reliably fixed to the semiconductor integrated circuit by a hole provided in the spring member for allowing a fin part of the radiating plate to escape through the hole. The structural arrangement effectively eliminates the possibility of having the radiating plate caused to peel off by some impact inflicted thereon.

  • Patent number: 5774764
Abstract: When an optional unit (40, 50) is mounted, a video controller (27) serving as main control unit sends various control commands to a supervising controller (101) through an interface (114). The supervising controller (101) controls an engine controller (26) through an interface (29) while controlling the optional unit (40, 50) in accordance with the received control commands, thereby recording an image. When no optional unit is mounted (when the optional units 32, 40, 50 are absent), the video controller (27) directly controls the engine controller (26) through an interface (28), thereby recording an image. With the above arrangement, the supervising controller (101) serving as a control unit associated with optional units can be attached/detached.

  • Patent number: 5664070
Abstract: An outputting apparatus comprises: a changing circuit to change a bit map font in accordance with a resolution of an outputting mechanism in the case where a resolution of the bit map font to be generated differs from the resolution of the outputting mechanism; a developing circuit to develop dot pattern information of the bit map font changed by the changing circuit; and an outputting device to output the dot pattern information developed by the developing means. The changing circuit executes a smoothing process by interpolating one dot into a zigzag portion of a character pattern. The bit map font is a down-load font.

  • Patent number: 4793360
Abstract: An electronic blood pressure monitor includes a cuff, a system for pressurizing the cuff, and pressure and pulse wave sensors in the cuff. In the monitor the maximum amplitude of the pulse wave is extracted and an area between the envelope lines of certain data is computed. Maximum area values are computed on the higher and lower sides of the cuff pressure corresponding to the maximum value of the pulse wave amplitude; from these area values are computed maximum and minimum blood pressure values. In another aspect, the pulse wave signal from the pulse wave sensor is separated into signal components greater and less than a reference value, these signal components are smoothed and combined and blood pressure values are determined from the combined signals and the cuff pressure values derived from the pressure sensor in the cuff.

  • Patent number: 4776344
Abstract: An electronic blood pressure meter including a cuff, a pressure system for pressurizing and evacuating the cuff, a pressure sensor for detecting the pressure within the cuff, a pulse wave parameter extraction circuit and a blood pressure determining circuit. The pulse wave parameter extraction circuit extracts the maximum level difference in the pulse wave component of the cuff pressure over a certain time intervals and also provides pulse wave maximum and minimum values corresponding to the maximum and minimum values of the pulse wave components over each of the time intervals chosen. The electronic blood pressure meter may also include circuitry for finding maximum and minimum values on each of the higher and lower cuff pressure sides of the cuff and deriving blood pressure measuring readings therefrom.

  • Patent number: 4703760
Abstract: An electronic blood pressure meter including a cuff, a pressure system for pressurizing and evacuating the cuff, a pressure sensor for detecting pressure within the cuff and a pulse wave sensor for detecting the pulse wave component during the course of cuff pressure changes. The pulse wave sensor produces signals from which a pulse wave amplitude means extracts pulse wave amplitude in time sequence. The maximum value of the pulse wave amplitude is determined and maximum values of the pressure graph area on the higher and lower cuff pressure sides are determined.
