  • Publication number: 20130291817
Abstract: Provided is a cam follower apparatus that has excellent durability, assembly characteristics and freedom of design, and together with being able to reduce the size and weight, is able to reduce the manufacturing cost. Both end sections of a support shaft 3a are inserted into support holes 15b, 15c in support wall sections 12b, 12c, and the support shaft 3a is supported by the support wall sections 12b, 12c such that relative rotation is possible. An inner ring 16, having an outer diameter D16 that is greater then the inner diameter d15 of the support holes 15b, 15c, is fitted around the outer circumferential surface of the middle section in the axial direction of the support shaft 9a so as to be able to rotate together with the support shaft 9a.

  • Publication number: 20130272641
Abstract: Provides is a split-type retainer for a rolling bearing that is capable of preventing vibration, noise and damage due to collision between the end surfaces in the circumferential direction of the split section without an increase in manufacturing cost. The split section 25 comprises: an end section 27 on one side having a convex section 29 with protrusions 31 as a first engagement section; and an end section 28 on the other side having a concave section 30 with engagement holes 32 as a second engagement section that is capable of fitting with the convex section 29; and the end section 27 on the one side and the end section 28 on the other side can be connected by fitting together the convex section 29 and concave section 30, and engaging the protrusions 31 and engagement holes 32. The engagement between the protrusions 31 and engagement holes 32 prevent collision of the end surfaces in the circumferential direction of the split section 25.

  • Publication number: 20120318216
Abstract: A tappet roller bearing 10 includes a support shaft 20 to be supported on a locker arm 4, and first and second rollers 11 and 12 which can be respectively supported rotatably on the periphery of the support shaft 20 and are arranged together in the axial direction of the support shaft 20. The first roller 11 constitutes a plain bearing, and the second roller 12 constitutes a full type roller bearing or a plain bearing. Due to this, the tappet roller bearing 10 can extend its life, can enhance its assembling efficiency and can reduce its manufacturing cost.
