  • Publication number: 20050209773
Abstract: In a navigation apparatus, via-point setting data indicating a history in terms of setting of via-points is recorded in a point database. Via-point setting data described in a point record stored in the point database indicates points that were specified as via-points when a point of the point record was specified as a destination in the past. In a setting operation, a list of points registered in advance is displayed. If the user selects a destination from the list, points registered in the via-point setting data in the point record of the point selected as the destination are set as candidates for via-points, and the point names thereof are displayed together with the point name of the destination in a via-point editing area. If an apply button is clicked, the points displayed as the candidates for via-points are determined as via-points, and a route to the destination through the determined via-points is searched for.

  • Publication number: 20040141835
Abstract: A large capacity HEPA filter is produced in which a layered filter medium unitarily formed by an upstream non-woven fabric which can remove 70 to 90% of 0.3 &mgr;m particle and a downstream non-woven fabric which can remove 99.9% of 0.3 &mgr;m particle or more is provided and a shape of a layered filter medium is a minipleat shape in a thickness direction and an entire shape in the thickness direction is a plurality of continuous Vs. Also, a dust collecting device having such a large capacity HEPA filter is produced. An air intake device for a gas turbine is provided with such a dust collecting device.

  • Patent number: 6269681
Abstract: The present invention provides a novel group of particles for air filter inspection which solves problems caused by volatilization and scattering of those particles at the downstream side of the air filter in use, enables an air filter inspection with superior stability and reproducibility, and may be produced by using a comparative inexpensive manufacturing device, and manufacturing methods as well as inspection methods of such a group of particles. The group of particles for air filter inspection consists of a plurality of aggregate particles having a particle size of not less than 0.1 &mgr;m, each aggregate particle being constituted by solid primary particles having an average particle size of less than 55 nm.

  • Patent number: 4017904
Abstract: A video tape recorder includes a capstan, a stationary magnetic head, a pair of rubber pinch rollers disposed on opposite sides of the capstan, and a pair of head-facing guides whereby to travel an endless tape at a high speed. Each pinch roller and head facing guide are mounted on a supporting member which may be rocked by a wire with a coil spring against the force of a tension spring so that the pinch roller and head facing guide can press the tape against the capstan and magnetic head. Such a state may be maintained by abutting the support member on a stop.
