  • Patent number: 7610054
Abstract: In a mobile communication system, a user managing section manages, as user managing information, a user ID of each user in association with a terminal ID of a currently activated one of mobile terminal equipments possessed by the user. Upon activating one of the mobile terminal equipments, the user managing section inactivates the currently activated mobile terminal equipment with reference to the user managing information. The mobile terminal equipment holds not only the terminal ID of the mobile terminal equipment but also the user ID. By notifying the user ID to the mobile communication system, activation and inactivation are controlled. If an input unit receives any user's operation while the mobile terminal equipment is inactivated, reception of the user's operation is informed to the mobile communication system and the mobile terminal equipment is automatically activated.

  • Publication number: 20080068775
Abstract: A case molded capacitor has a metallized film capacitor, a pair of bus bars, a resin-made internal case, molding resin, a metal external case, and a buffer material layer. The bus bars are each connected to respective one of electrodes of the metallized film capacitor. The internal case contains the metallized film capacitor. The metallized film capacitor is submerged with molding resin in the internal case so as to expose parts of the bus bars. The external case contains the internal case and both cases are connected at a connecting part. A buffer material layer is put in a gap made at least at a part between the internal case and the external case.

  • Patent number: 7213218
Abstract: A semiconductor device simulation method includes the step of storing, in a storage unit, a surface potential and threshold voltage obtained by computation, the step of computing thermal drain noise on the basis of the data of the surface potential and thermal drain noise stored in the storage unit, and the step of determining whether or not to reduce thermal drain noise, and reflecting the computation result in simulation of the model when it is determined that thermal drain noise is to be reduced. A drain current Ids of a MOSFET is calculated and substituted into a relational expression for a drain current noise spectrum density obtained from a Nyquist theorem equation, thereby calculating a thermal drain noise coefficient ? of the MOSFET by substituting the current Ids into a relational expression for a thermal drain noise spectrum density which is obtained from the Nyquist logical equation.

  • Patent number: 7113621
Abstract: A fingerprint verifying apparatus includes first and second light emitting devices, an imaging unit, a fingerprint verifying circuit and a drive switch. The first light emitting device emits first light of a first color, and the second light emitting device emits second light of a second color. The imaging unit detects an image of a fingerprint of a finger from the first light reflected by a finger. The fingerprint verifying circuit has registered fingerprint images, and compares the detected fingerprint image and each of the registered fingerprint images to determine whether the detected fingerprint image is coincident with any of the registered fingerprint images, and outputs a match signal when the detected fingerprint image is coincident with any of the registered fingerprint images. The drive switch turns on the second light emitting device in response to the match signal.

  • Patent number: 4989455
Abstract: A vibrator has a hydraulic circuit connected with a hydraulic power unit. An electromagnetic valve disposed at the hydraulic circuit is regulated for the time for actuating a switch valve through a control signal. A plunger capable of bearing a load of an object to be tested at an upper end portion thereof has an oil chamber for pressurizing the plunger in such a manner as to be able to move upward and downward. An oil passage communicates with the oil chamber and with the electromagnetic valve. A vibration applying cylinder is capable of vibrating the plunger at a desired amplitude and frequency through hydraulic oil which is fed from the electromagnetic valve. A lift means lifts the vibration applying cylinder to a predetermined height. A controller capable of outputting, as a control signal, a setting signal for setting at least the amplitude and frequency of the plunger is provided. A control unit actuates the hydraulic power unit and the electromagnetic valve in accordance with the control signal.
