  • Publication number: 20250029690
Abstract: A patient reported outcome collection support apparatus according to one aspect of this invention acquires clinical trial protocol information including a plurality of survey items defined for each clinical trial in advance from an information processing apparatus used by a clinical trial operator of a medicine via a network, generates survey form information used to survey a prognosis of the patient by converting the plurality of survey items included in the acquired clinical trial protocol information based on a conversion rule stored in advance, distributes the generated survey form information to the terminal apparatus of the patient via the network, receives patient reported outcome information indicating an answer result of the patient to the survey form information from the terminal apparatus via the network, and transfers the received patient reported outcome information to the information processing apparatus of the clinical trial operator via the network.

  • Patent number: 9664223
Abstract: There is provided a seizure prevention bolt capable of preventing seizure caused by oblique insertion as well as seizure caused by invasion of a foreign matter such as a spatter. An incomplete screw portion having an outer diameter d that is larger than an inner diameter D1 of a female screw and smaller than (D+D1)/2 is formed at a front end of a normal screw portion formed in a bolt shaft over one or more pitches, and a vertical groove for cutting out a foreign matter such as a spatter is formed in the incomplete screw portion. D in the above expression is a nominal diameter of the bolt.

  • Patent number: 9022710
Abstract: Provided is a nut into which a bolt (10) including a male-threaded portion with a male-threaded external diameter d and a male-threaded core diameter d1 is screwed, wherein a bolt insertion side end of a female-threaded portion (21) formed in a nut body (20) is provided with an incompletely threaded female portion (22) that is formed by one to three pitches so that an internal diameter dimension D is larger than (d+d1)/2 and is smaller than the male-threaded external diameter d. Accordingly, even when the bolt is screwed into the nut in the inclination direction, the bolt may be rotated about a contact surface with respect to the incompletely threaded female portion (22), and hence seizing may be prevented.

  • Patent number: 9004834
Abstract: A female thread member capable of preventing seizing caused by inclined insertion, and being smoothly fastened from any directions in which a bolt is inserted, and a fastening member using the female thread member. A non-thread portion is formed on an inner peripheral surface of a female thread member body having a female thread for a length corresponding to at least one pitch from an end surface on a bolt-inserting side, and a projection which comes into contact with a flank surface of a male thread of an inserted bolt is formed on a line extending from a helical line of the female thread. The female thread member is used in combination with the bolt having no incomplete thread portion, and there is no adverse possibility of seizing regardless of any directions in which the bolt is inserted.

Abstract: There is provided a seizure prevention bolt capable of preventing seizure caused by oblique insertion as well as seizure caused by invasion of a foreign matter such as a spatter. An incomplete screw portion 12 having an outer diameter d that is larger than an inner diameter D1 of a female screw 20 and smaller than (D+D1)/2 is formed at a front end of a normal screw portion 11 formed in a bolt shaft over one or more pitches, and a vertical groove 14 for cutting out a foreign matter such as a spatter is formed in the incomplete screw portion 12. D in the above expression is a nominal diameter of the bolt.

  • Patent number: 8632288
Abstract: An anti cross-thread bolt which prevents the bolt from being cross-threaded without the need for correcting its posture by a pilot portion. The bolt is screwed into a female screw having a nominal diameter D and an inner diameter D1. At the tip of a regular thread part formed on the bolt shank, a small-diameter thread part is formed by one pitch or more, the small-diameter thread part having an outer diameter d which is larger than an inner diameter D of the female screw and smaller than (D+D1)/2. When the bolt is obliquely screwed into the female screw, the small-diameter thread part is brought into contact with the female screw at one point, but the bolt is allowed to rotate around the point. Thus, the occurrence of cross-threading is prevented.

  • Patent number: 5215544
Abstract: According to the present invention, an animal hair fiber can significantly be modified by fixing the supercontraction of the fiber which is a disadvantage in itself. The process for modifying the animal hair fiber according to the present invention comprises pretreating the animal hair fiber with a cleaving reagent for crosslinkage of the fiber and then treating the pretreated fiber with an supercontracting reagent. Furthermore, the process for preparing a bulky wool yarn according to the present invention comprises treating an mixed yarn with the supercontracting reagent, said mixed yarn consisting of the pretreated animal hair fiber with the cleaving reagent for crosslinkage of the fiber and a non-pretreated animal hair fiber.
