  • Publication number: 20240102823
Abstract: A map update system includes a map data storage unit storing therein map data. The map update system acquires a position of a road marking painted on a surface of a road. The map update system acquires a determination value to be subjected to determination of blurring of the road marking based on at least either of measurement information on the road marking and analysis information analyzing the measurement information. The map update system compares the determination value to a reference value and acquires blur information indicating a degree of blurring of the road marking. The map update system reflects the blur information in the map data.

  • Patent number: 11150785
Abstract: An electronic document is obtained as a single unit of display data divided by a display size of a screen into a group of page data sets. A display configured to sense movement of a movable object in a vertical direction relative to the screen is used. The display is configured such that each of the group of page data sets of the electronic document is associated in a sequence with a respective different one of a group of detection levels within a movement detection range of the display. In response to sensing movement using the display, a page data set corresponding to a detection level in the movement detection range is displayed on the screen in accordance with the sensed movement. Display speed changes are automatically adjusted while displaying different ones of the group of page data sets in accordance with a moving speed of the sensed movement.

  • Patent number: 10317631
Abstract: [Object] To have excellent maintenance properties and restrain parallel light (collimated light) from being directly emitted to the outside of an optical connector during non-optical coupling. [Solution] An optical communication connector according to the present disclosure includes: a collimating lens configured to collimate light from an optical transmission path; and a diffusion section arranged on a leading end side with respect to the collimating lens, and configured to diffuse the light from the optical transmission path output from the collimating lens. According to this configuration, in the optical communication in which insertion and removal are frequently performed, it is possible to achieve their safety during non-fitting at the same time while having an advantage because of a collimating signal since light from an optical transmission path is diffused.

  • Patent number: 9747021
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to dividing and merging documents on a touch panel. A method includes dividing a document displayed on a touch panel having a display function using an information processing device connected to the touch panel. Positions of two different points on the touch panel are identified in response to a user indicating the two different points in the document. The document is divided, by a computer processor, based on a line segment extending from a starting point to an end point of a traced line traced by the user. The line segment is used as a dividing line in response to the user tracing the traced line on the touch panel so as to traverse the two different points.

  • Patent number: 9372558
Abstract: Vibration portions are set in electronic data displayable on a display device. In response to a first portion in the one or more pieces of electronic data being specified on the display device, an embodiment sets the specified first portion as a first vibration portion. The first vibration portion triggers a first vibration in response to the first vibration portion being specified with a movable object. Moreover, in response to a second portion in the one or more pieces of electronic data being specified on the display device, an embodiment sets the specified second portion as a second vibration portion. The second vibration portion triggers the second vibration in response to the second vibration portion being specified with a movable object. The data storing settings for generating the first vibration and the second vibration include an order in which the first vibration and the second vibration are generated.
