  • Publication number: 20150081263
Abstract: According to the present invention, an accurate simulation result is obtained and computation time is shortened, by parallel computation of a production simulation executed by a plurality of processors. A target product line is divided into a plurality of blocks, and event groups which can be computed in parallel while acquiring accurate simulation results are formed based on the order of execution dates and times of the events in the divided block. First, a step effect relationship which shows whether or not an event computation process in a certain step affects an event computation process in another step is acquired, based on a production line configuration such as a step order and resource sharing relationship between the steps. Next, the production line is divided into a plurality of blocks which do not affect each other by putting the steps that affect one another into a block.

  • Patent number: 8290608
Abstract: The present teaching is intended to observe the delivery date of a product and decrease the number of workpieces in a merger process. A treatment sequence calculator included in manufacturing instruction equipment identifies an in-process part being worked in each process, and calculates the delivery-date allowance of the in-process part. In-process parts whose delivery-date allowances fall below a predetermined threshold are inputted to each process in ascending order of delivery-date allowances. In-process parts whose delivery-date allowances are equal to or larger than the predetermined threshold are inputted to each process in ascending order by a minimum value of remaining treatment times which the in-process parts take to reach the merger process.

  • Publication number: 20110208556
Abstract: The present invention provides product delivery deadline compliance and increased worker training efficiency. A worker assignment scheme creation section of a worker assignment device creates a worker assignment scheme and calculates a job completion time for each process step of each product in accordance with a worker assignment rule. An evaluation value calculation section calculates evaluation values concerning delivery deadline compliance and worker training in accordance with processing results produced by the worker assignment scheme creation section. A worker assignment priority change section changes the worker assignment rule in accordance with the evaluation values and target values therefor. The above process is repeated a number of times to produce plural worker assignment schemes, which are compared in accordance with the evaluation values concerning delivery deadline compliance and worker training. The result of comparison is eventually presented to a user.
