  • Publication number: 20260011473
Abstract: A Sm—Fe—N-based magnetic material that includes: a main phase including a plurality of Sm—Fe—N-based crystal grains; and a grain boundary phase present between adjacent Sm—Fe—N-based crystal grains of the plurality of Sm—Fe—N-based crystal grains, and the grain boundary phase contains N, in which a ratio of a first content of N in the main phase to a second content of N in the grain boundary phase is 0.84 or more on an atomic basis.

  • Patent number: 10632533
Abstract: A raw material for a magnet, which comprises Sm and Fe. A magnet is obtained by nitriding this raw material for a magnet. In particular, a raw material for a magnet comprises an Sm—Fe binary alloy as a main component. An intensity ratio of an Sm2Fe17 (024) peak to an SmFe7 (110) peak is less than 0.001 as measured by an X-ray diffraction method.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: July 10, 2018
Date of Patent: April 28, 2020
Assignees: Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd., NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF ADVANCED INDUSTRIAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

  • Patent number: 8263230
Abstract: A ceramic composition is prepared to contain a B2O3—SiO2—Al2O3-MO based glass composition (M: Ca, Mg, Sr and/or Ba, B2O3: 4 to 17.5 weight %, SiO2: 28 to 50 weight %, Al2O3: 0 to 20 weight %, and MO: 36 to 50 weight %): 24 to 40 weight %, SrTiO3 and/or CaTiO3: 46 to 75.4 weight %, CuO: 0.1 to 5.0 weight %, CaO: 0.5 to 7.0 weight %, and MnO, ZnO and/or CoO: 10 weight % or more (however, including 0% by weight). The ceramic composition is subjected to firing to produce a ceramic sintered body, and obtain a composite LC component including the ceramic sintered body. While suppressing the shrinkage behavior during firing, dielectric properties can be improved dramatically as compared with conventional cases, and moreover reliability can be ensured.
