  • Publication number: 20220298745
Abstract: A working machine includes: a machine body; a prime mover that is mounted on the machine body; a fuel cylinder that contains a fuel; a vaporizer that vaporizes the fuel sent from the fuel cylinder and supplies the fuel to the prime mover; a temperature detector that detects a temperature correlating with a decrease in the temperature of the vaporizer; and a controller that imposes restraint on the flow rate of the fuel flowing from the vaporizer to the prime mover when the temperature detected by the temperature detector is lower than or equal to a first temperature.

  • Patent number: 11215680
Abstract: A system for monitoring the charging performance of a capacitor in an electric circuit in a manufacturing machine installed in a production line includes a charging voltage detecting section for detecting the charging voltage of the capacitor. A control device of the production machine measures, as the charging time, a time from starting charging to a time when a specified charging complete determination voltage that can be used to determine when the charging voltage of the capacitor has reached full charge is reached based on the charging voltage of the capacitor detected by charging voltage detecting section, determines whether the capacitor has deteriorated by determining whether the measured charging time is equal to or less than a specified deterioration threshold value, and upon determining that the capacitor has deteriorated, issues a warning to an operator via a display or sound.

  • Patent number: 11129320
Abstract: A trace memory that stores trace logs of multiple feeders set on a feeder setting table of a component mounter is provided in the feeder setting table, and while the component mounter is operating, trace logs of each feeder are output from the control sections of the multiple feeders on the feeder setting table to the feeder setting table, and are stored by a communication control section of the feeder setting table in the trace memory linked to identification information of each feeder. By this, it is possible to save trace logs from multiple feeders on the feeder setting table all together in a shared trace memory, such that it is not necessary to load trace memory on each feeder, thereby meeting requirements of compact feeders and lower costs.

  • Patent number: 10743451
Abstract: Electronic component supply device of the present invention includes multiple feeders each having an individual control section configured to operate by use of operation software to control a tape feeding mechanism, a host control section capable of holding update software configured to be replaced with at least part of the operation software, and multiple information transmission sections connected between the host control section and the individual control sections of the multiple feeders so as to transmit information and configured to transmit the update software from the host control section to the individual control sections independently of one another. According to this configuration, the multiple information transmission sections can transmit the update software to the different feeders in parallel in terms of time, whereby the updating time can be shortened significantly compared with a case where update software is transmitted sequentially to multiple feeders.

  • Patent number: 10337596
Abstract: A lock-up device includes a clutch part, an input plate, an outer peripheral side damper part, an output plate, an inner peripheral side damper part, and an intermediate member. The outer peripheral side damper part includes at least two outer peripheral side springs. The outer peripheral side springs are disposed in a circumferential alignment, act in series, and take circular-arc shapes when in a free state. The inner peripheral side damper part includes at least two inner peripheral side springs. The inner peripheral side springs are disposed in a circumferential alignment on an inner peripheral side of the outer peripheral side damper part, and act in series. The intermediate member is rotatable relatively to the input plate and the output plate, and makes the outer peripheral side damper part and the inner peripheral side damper part act in series.

  • Patent number: 10212868
Abstract: A feeder, for which carrier tape is reliably inserted to a specified position without contacting engaging protrusions of sprocket, is provided. The feeder includes an entrance retaining member that pushes the carrier tape inserted into a tape insertion section towards a tape feeding path, a rotatable lever that raises the entrance retaining member when the carrier tape is inserted into the tape insertion section, and a contact prevention device that prevents contact between the carrier tape inserted into the tape insertion section and the engaging protrusions when the entrance retaining member is raised by the rotation of the lever.

  • Patent number: 10110148
Abstract: A stepping motor control device is provided with a stopping position determination section and a drive control section. The stopping position determination section determines whether a mover stopping position during the holding state is a stabilized phase or a semistable phase. When it is determined that the mover stopping position is a semistable phase during the holding state by the stopping position determination section, and the control state of the stepping motor transitions from the holding state to the standby state in which the holding of the mover is released due to a trigger signal from a device or the holding state persisting for a fixed time, the drive control section changes the mover stopping position to one of the stabilized phases adjacent to the mover stopping position during the holding state.

  • Patent number: 5203204
Abstract: A flow regulating apparatus for a porous hydrostatic bearing includes a measuring device for measuring a flow of injected gas through a bearing surface of the hydrostatic bearing to be regulated, a pattern member having a plurality of application pattern portions of different opening ratios on each of which a plurality of small holes are formed in a dispersive manner, and an application device for applying solvent on the bearing surface through the pattern member. A proper pattern portion is selected based on a flow measured by the measuring device, and the proper pattern portion and the application device are aligned with a portion of the bearing surface to which the solvent is to be applied. The solvent is then applied and this operation is repeated until the flow measured by the measuring device becomes a predetermined value.
