  • Patent number: 11958101
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a forged article, capable of improving the durability of a die for forging is provided. The method, includes forging a steel material, by using a die, by spraying or applying a water-soluble polymer lubricant containing 0.01 to 0.98 mass % of a water-soluble sulfate onto a working surface of the die, the die being made of a raw material having a constituent composition of by mass %, of 0.4 to 0.7% of C, 1.0% or less of Si, 1.0% or less of Mn, 4.0 to 6.0% of Cr, 2.0 to 4.0% of (Mo+½W), 0.5 to 2.5% of (V+Nb), 0 to 1.0% of Ni, 0 to 5.0% of Co, 0.02% or less of N, and a remnant composed of Fe and impurities, and having hardness of 55 to 60 HRC, and the die including a nitrided layer or a nitrosulfidized layer on the working surface thereof.

  • Patent number: 7775510
Abstract: A sheet processing device includes a folding unit, a punch unit, and a cross folding unit. The folding unit folds a sheet conveyed to the sheet processing device a plurality of times. The punch unit punches a hole in a predetermined portion of the folded sheet. The cross folding unit cross-folds the punched sheet on a vertically-extending conveying path.

  • Patent number: 7631866
Abstract: A sheet processing apparatus includes: a first folder to fold a sheet in a first folding direction relative to a given orientation of the sheet, a line of the fold defining a second edge of the sheet; a second folder to fold the folded sheet in a second folding direction perpendicular to the first folding direction; and a switcher, disposed between the first folder and the second folder, operable to switch a sheet conveyance direction of the sheet sent from the first folder and to align the sheet sent from the first folder, the switcher including the following, an aligning member arranged to face a first edge of the sheet, the first edge of the sheet being located relatively opposite to the second edge along the conveyance direction, the second edge not having a straight line shape, and a feeder to force the sheet in a given direction toward the aligning member so as to align the sheet in the sheet conveyance direction by contacting the first edge of the sheet against the aligning member.

  • Patent number: 6549508
Abstract: A turntable can be manufactured inexpensively using a comparatively inexpensive material and in accordance with ordinary injection molding technique and mold management. A thin-walled cylindrical fixing portion having an insertion hole, into which a rotational shaft is pressed, is formed at a central portion of the turntable. A thin-walled cylindrical reinforcing portion, which is concentric with the fixing portion and has a large diameter, is formed at the outer circumferential side of the fixing portion. Reinforcing rib portions are provided radially between the fixing portion and the reinforcing portion. In this way, deformation due to sink or the like does not occur at the time of injection molding, and extracting force of the rotational shaft which was pressed into the insertion hole can be adjusted to a predetermined value.
