Abstract: The cosmetic of the present invention is a cosmetic containing at least titanium oxide having an average particle diameter of 0.2 ?m or more and resin fine particles having an average particle diameter of 0.01 to 100 ?m. The above cosmetic is reduced in a content of titanium oxide to decrease troubles brought about by settling thereof in various cosmetics to which whiteness and masking power are required and is endowed with the higher whiteness and the higher masking power in the solid content of the same degree as ever without affecting use feeling of the cosmetic.

Abstract: Provided is an eyelash ornament cosmetic comprising at least a polymer emulsion and an extender wherein an average particle diameter of the extender is 1 ?m or less, wherein droplets applied on the tips of eyelashes are dried and turned into fine spherical resin balls, and the tips of the eyelashes are ornamented to make it possible to provide the eyes with brilliantness and loveliness.

Abstract: A battery unit, a bottomed case, a plate-shaped cooling plate, and first heat transfer material are included. The cooling plate is fastened to a bottom part of the case from the outside of the case, and can cool the battery unit via the bottom part of the case. The first heat transfer material have a plastic property and are held between the bottom part of the case and the cooling plate.
