    Abstract: An aluminum-plated stainless steel sheet: includes a stainless steel sheet, an aluminum-plating layer, and an alloy phase between the stainless steel sheet and the aluminum-plating layer; and contains predetermined components. The aluminum-plating layer contains 1 to 10% of Fe, 3 to 18% of Si, 0.1 to 1% of Cr, and a balance of Al, and contains a eutectic Si and an intermetallic compound phase consisting of Al—Si—Fe.
