  • Publication number: 20240027535
Abstract: A device is capable of evaluating the degree of deterioration of a secondary battery by executing regression analysis processing using, as a target variable, the degree of deterioration of the secondary battery. Multiple regression analysis is executed by using, as explanatory variables, respective values of plural model parameters that define a secondary battery model based on a measurement result of complex impedance of each reference secondary battery, and a degree of deterioration evaluated according to the secondary battery model as a target variable. Then, a degree of deterioration of a target secondary battery is evaluated according to a multiple regression equation obtained as a result of the multiple regression analysis.

  • Publication number: 20230034016
Abstract: Provided is a secondary battery inspection device capable of improving inspection accuracy while simplifying the inspection of a secondary battery. Value of a model parameter of a secondary battery model is identitied based on a sampling period T. In the secondary battery model, impedance of internal resistance of a secondary battery 2(0) is expressed by an IIR transfer function and an FIR transfer function. When impulse current I(t) is input to a specified model as the secondary battery model the value of the model parameter of which is identified, a model output voltage as a voltage change form output from the specified model is estimated. The performance of the secondary battery 200 according to the sampling period T is evaluated based on the measurement result of the voltage of the secondary battery 200 when the impulse current I(t) flows into the secondary battery 200, and the specified model output voltage.

  • Patent number: 4625378
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a fin-tube heat exchanger which includes a multiplicity of plate fins arranged in a plurality of rows disposed at a predetermined pitch in the direction of air flow, and a jointless refrigerant pipe extending through the plate fins in a zigzag manner. Pipe-receiving holes are formed in each plate fin in an offset manner relative to the center of the plate fin. The plate fins are then placed in fin-receiving grooves formed in a straight fin positioning fixture at predetermined spacings such that the same longitudinal ends of the plate fins of alternating rows appear on the same side of the fin positioning fixture and such that the pipe-receiving holes are linearly aligned. The refrigerant pipe is inserted into the pipe-receiving holes and is expanded to make tight and close contact with the plate fins.
