  • Publication number: 20180300872
Abstract: A method of setting inspection areas capable of reducing pattern inspection time of integrated circuit patterns by selecting areas where systematic defects are likely to occur. The method includes: extracting multiple pattern types from design data by grouping patterns contained in the design data in accordance with shape; selecting one type of pattern from the multiple pattern types; searching design data to identify patterns having same shape as the selected type of pattern; and registering positions of identified patterns as sampling points.

  • Patent number: 7167841
Abstract: The invention provides a system where additional services using other sites connected over a network are made available when a content is delivered via a network. According to the invention, when user A receives delivery of a content from a content delivery service server (1) by using a terminal (4), predetermined information is transmitted from the server (1) to user A or a community server (2). With this information, the preferential use of community sites or additional use of services is made available to user A. The preferential use is for example the preferential use of a community site bulletin board. The additional use is re-delivery of delivered contents by using community sites.

  • Publication number: 20040103011
Abstract: An insurance system that guarantees re-distribution of electronically distributed authorized data. The insurance system is constructed in such a way that a right to receive re-distribution is generated contingent upon taking out an insurance policy, and can thereby implement an insurance system capable of smoothly carrying out re-distribution of contents electronically distributed through a network. Furthermore, the insurance system is constructed in such a way as to receive re-distribution through the insurance service server, which allows the insurance service server to control re-distribution independently and prevents illegal re-distributions as a consequence.

  • Patent number: 6272530
Abstract: The object of the present invention is to provide A transmitter-receiver enables a user to send a mail in an optimal mode even to a portable terminal with lower functional capability without a need for awareness of a plurality of mail service providers. The transmitter-receiver notifies of arrival of the mail at an optimal communication cost depending on the importance of the mail, and unifies a plurality of mail spools. The unified mail spools are controlled by a spool integration unit. The transmitter-receiver according to the present invention comprises a terminal response unit for inquiring capability of a user terminal and a data form converting unit, and the mail is sent in an optimal form to the user terminal. In case the content of the mail cannot be read perfectly, it is designed in such manner that the mail is not deleted from the spool, and arrival of the mail is notified to the user at an optimal communication cost depending on the importance of the mail and position information of the user.

  • Patent number: 5134170
Abstract: An acrylic rubber composition is proposed which is improved in respect of the extrusion-moldability as well as the surface slipperiness of the vulcanized article obtained therefrom. The composition comprises (a) an acrylic rubbery cooplymer which is a copolymer of a (meth)acrylic ester and a coolymerizable organosilicon compound having a silicon-bonded vinyl group in a molecule, (b) a reinforcing filler, (c) a powder of spherical particles having a specified average particle diameter and (d) an organic peroxide as a vulcanizing agent. The composition can be compounded further with a blowing agent to give a foamable rubber composition capable of being vulcanized into a spongy rubber body exhibiting excellent feeling on touch and slipperiness in contact with human skin to be useful, for example, as a material of cosmetic puffs.
