Abstract: The production management system includes: a first storage unit which stores actual production information including actual production values of the production of products in the production facility; a second storage unit which stores status information indicating a status of the production facility; a third storage unit which stores master information including a first threshold for detecting an abnormality in the production of products in the production facility; a calculation unit which calculates a correction term according to the status of the production facility based on the status information, and calculates a second threshold in which the calculated correction term is set to a first threshold included in the master information stored in the third storage unit; and a detection unit which detects an abnormality in the production of products in the production facility by using the actual production value included in the actual production information and the second threshold.

Abstract: A data analysis support apparatus is configured to acquire first result information which is result information acquired for a product produced through a prescribed step, and which includes information indicating a first processing time period which is a processing time period of the step for a first number of the products, and second result information which is result information including information indicating a second processing time period which is a processing time of the step for a second number of the products produced through the step, the second number being different from the first number, and convert the first result information and the second result information into a plurality of result information sets by performing time-division of the first result information and/or the second result information such that the result information sets each indicate a time period taken to perform the step for the same unit number of the products.

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a copper foil for a negative electrode current collector (specifically, copper foil for a negative electrode current collector of a lithium ion secondary battery) more excellent in discoloration resistance to improve charge/discharge cycle life of a secondary battery. To achieve the object, a method for manufacturing a copper foil for a negative electrode current collector of a secondary battery subjecting the copper foil to rust-proofing treatment, the method characterized in that the copper foil is rust-proofing treated with a chromate-treatment solution having pH in the range from 3.5 to 7.0 to form a chromate film on the surface of the copper foil is employed.
