  • Publication number: 20120181615
Abstract: A distance between a contact and a gate electrode can be measured efficiently. Conversion data indicating a correlation between the distance between the first gate electrode and the first contact and a magnitude of a leakage current amount is prepared in advance. The leakage current amount between the first gate electrode and the first contact is measured, and the measured leakage current amount is converted into the distance between the first gate electrode and the first contact by using the conversion data. Then, a superposition error between an exposure process for forming the first gate electrode and an exposure process for forming the first contact can be measured from a difference between the measured value of the distance between the first gate electrode and the first contact and a design value of the distance.

  • Patent number: 7939936
Abstract: A semiconductor package includes a wiring board having a plurality of first electrode pads exposed on a top surface thereof, and a plurality of second electrode pads exposed on a bottom surface thereof, and the first electrode pads are electrically connected to the respective second electrode pads. A semiconductor device is mounted on the top surface of the wiring board, and includes an endless ring-shaped resistance circuit formed in an interior of the device along a periphery thereof, and a plurality of third electrode pads provided inside the resistance circuit and electrically connected to the resistance circuit. The third electrode pads are electrically connected to the first electrode pads, respectively. A sealing resin layer is formed over the first surface of the wiring board so that the device and the first electrode pads are sealed and protected by the sealing resin layer.

  • Publication number: 20090069095
Abstract: In this program, a regulation command for controlling the movement of a first character is recognized by a control unit. After the regulation command for the first character is recognized by the control unit, a movement command for operating a second character is recognized by the control unit. Then, the state that the second character is moving based on the movement command is displayed on an image displaying unit using image data. The first character with movement controlled based on the regulation command is displayed on the image displaying unit using image data. And, if the receiving of commands related to movements for the first character and the second character is terminated by the control unit, a process for changing the ability data of the first character is executed by the control unit.

  • Publication number: 20060135124
Abstract: Respective location information of wireless terminal apparatuses 30-1 to 30-4 and service area information of each of wireless LAN networks 2-1 to 2-n is managed, and authentication information is notified to authentication apparatus 20 of a wireless LAN network before each wireless terminal apparatus moves to the wireless LAN network around the current location of the wireless terminal apparatus. The authentication time is thus shortened in migration inside the same wireless LAN network or between different wireless LAN networks of the wireless terminal apparatus, thereby reducing the interval required for handover, and as a result, quality deterioration does not occur such as packet loss due to the handover.
