Publication number: 20230331318Abstract: A bracket includes a base to be bonded to a surface of a side edge portion of a glass. The side edge portion and the base are joined with a combination of at least two types of adhesives. A first adhesive has a shorter curing time than a second adhesive. The second adhesive provides stronger joining after cured than the first adhesive. In the joining, the bracket is stabilized from the outside while the side edge portion and the base are in contact with each other with the first adhesive and the second adhesive interposed therebetween. The stabilization of the bracket from the outside is released upon the first adhesive being cured. Curing the second adhesive is allowed to proceed while the bracket continues to be stabilized with the first adhesive.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 18, 2023Publication date: October 19, 2023Applicant: AGC Inc.Inventors: Takuya NAITO, Ryoichi URATA, Naohiro YAMAGUCHI, Takashi KAWAHARA, Satoshi KANEKO, Hideomi KAMIZONO

Patent number: 10954073Abstract: The linear conveyor device includes a position detecting device including a scale attached to a slider, and a sensor structural body including a sensor and a driver. The driver is provided with a first and a second signal processing units, and a signal comparison processing unit. The first signal processing unit performs predetermined first interpolation processing on an output signal from a first sensor, generates and outputs first positional data. The second signal processing unit performs predetermined second interpolation processing on an output signal from a second sensor, generates second positional data, and outputs the second positional data. The signal comparison processing unit recognizes the first positional data as positional information of the slider, generates identification information unique to the slider, and outputs the identification information, where the identification information corresponds to a difference between the first positional data and the second positional data.Type: GrantFiled: September 26, 2016Date of Patent: March 23, 2021Assignee: YAMAHA HATSUDOKI KABUSHIKI KAISHAInventors: Yoshinori Hayashi, Satoshi Urata

Patent number: 9757797Abstract: A linear conveyer includes a stationary module and a slider. The stationary module includes a frame extending linearly, a stator including armature coils and fixed to the frame, a rail, and a magnetic sensor. The slider movable along the rail with a driving linear motor includes magnetic poles, a rail guide fitted on the rail, and a magnetic scale. The magnetic scale includes a plastic magnet having magnetic poles and extending along an extending direction in which the rail extends, and a back yoke where the plastic magnet is placed. A position of the slider is detected by the magnetic sensor and the magnetic scale. The plastic magnet has a fixed portion that is fixed with respect to the back yoke and a portion other than the fixed portion, the portion being movable relative to the back yoke along an extending direction in which the magnetic scale extends.Type: GrantFiled: August 25, 2014Date of Patent: September 12, 2017Assignee: YAMAHA HATSUDOKI KABUSHIKI KAISHAInventor: Satoshi Urata
