  • Patent number: 9946292
Abstract: A power supply circuit includes a N-channel switching element having a drain connected to an input terminal and a source connected to an output terminal, and a P-channel switching element having a drain connected to the output terminal and a source connected to the input terminal. A voltage detection circuit is connected to the input terminal and configured to detect a level of an input voltage supplied at the input terminal. A voltage boosting circuit is configured to boost the input voltage and supply a boosted voltage to a gate of the N-channel switching element. A control circuit is configured to control the N-channel switching element, the P-channel switching element, and the voltage boosting circuit based on the level of the input voltage detected by the voltage detection circuit.
