  • Publication number: 20240146223
Abstract: The electric machine system includes an electric machine having a rotor and a coil; the power converter that outputs an output current to the coil of the electric machine; and a controller that controls the power converter. The controller includes a signal output unit that outputs a signal for controlling a mode of the output current to the power converter; and an abnormality detection unit that receives an abnormality signal indicating an abnormal situation. The signal output unit outputs a demagnetization control signal to the power converter when the abnormality detection unit receives the abnormality signal. The power converter causes a demagnetization current for a demagnetization magnetic flux that demagnetizes the permanent magnet of the rotor to flow through the coil in response to an input of the demagnetization control signal.

  • Patent number: 11971721
Abstract: To effectively enhance the operation efficiency of an autonomous mobile robot, an autonomous mobile robot control system includes a processor and a plurality of environmental cameras. The processor estimates a moving route of each of a plurality of moving bodies on the basis of characteristics of each of the plurality of moving bodies and sets a subset of the plurality of moving bodies whose moving routes overlap among the detected moving bodies as avoidance processing target moving bodies. The processor generates an avoidance procedure for the avoidance processing target moving bodies so the motion of the avoidance processing target moving bodies does not interfere with the motion of other avoidance target moving bodies.

  • Patent number: 11678079
Abstract: An object is to improve a frame rate in a solid-state imaging element that employs a global shutter method. In the solid-state imaging element, a photoelectric conversion element generates a charge by photoelectric conversion. A charge holding transistor holds the charge. A backward flow prevention transistor generates a potential barrier between the photoelectric conversion element and the charge holding transistor immediately after the charge is transferred from the photoelectric conversion element to the charge holding transistor. A floating diffusion layer accumulates the charge and generates a voltage corresponding to an amount of the charge. A transfer transistor transfers the charge from the charge holding transistor to the floating diffusion layer.
