    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a cleaning blade capable of improving chipping resistance. A cleaning blade includes a blade part made of polyurethane and having an edge that comes in slidable contact with a mating part. The edge includes: a base material containing polyurethane; an impregnated layer containing polyurethane in the base material and a cured acrylic product and present from the surface through to the inside of the base material; and a particle layer containing particles supported by the surface of the base material. The average particle diameter of the particles is between 3 nm and 100 nm, inclusive. The thickness of the impregnated layer is 30 nm or greater and less than 1000 nm. The edge has an area ratio of the particle layer to the impregnated layer that is between 5% and 30%, inclusive in a cross section perpendicular to the surface of the base material.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an exhaust gas purifying composition containing BEA zeolite containing phosphorus, wherein an amount of phosphorus is such that a molar ratio thereof with respect to Al in the zeolite is 0.5 or greater, and a maintaining factor RS of a specific surface area of the exhaust gas purifying composition after heating at 980° C. for 25 hours is 35% or greater. Furthermore, the present invention also provides an exhaust gas purifying composition containing phosphorus-containing zeolite, wherein an amount of phosphorus is such that a molar ratio thereof with respect to Al in the zeolite is from 0.5 to 8, and a maintaining factor Rd of a crystallite diameter after heating at 980° C. for 25 hours is 50% or greater. The exhaust gas purifying composition of the present invention has excellent HC purifiability for exhaust gas purification in internal combustion engines such as gasoline engines.

A semiconductor device having a superjunction structure, in which p-type column regions and n-type column regions are periodically arranged, is configured as follows. Each n-type column region has a vertical section including an n-type epitaxial layer located between trenches and a tapered embedded n-type epitaxial film disposed on a side face of the trench. Each p-type column region includes an embedded p-type epitaxial film disposed within the trench. The tapered embedded n-type epitaxial film is thus provided on the sidewall of the trench in which the p-type column region is to be disposed, thereby the p-type column region is allowed to have an inverted trapezoidal shape, leading to an increase in margin for a variation in concentration of a p-type impurity in the p-type column region.     Abstract: In a vertical power MOSFET having a superjunction structure, the withstand voltage of the power MOSFET can be ensured even if the aspect ratios of an n-type column region and a p-type column region are increased so as to vary the impurity concentration of the p-type column region. P-type semiconductor regions PR1 are formed on the sides of an n-type column NC1 adjacent to a p-type column region PC1. In this configuration, the p-type semiconductor region PR1 is formed from the upper end of the n-type column region NC1 to about a half depth of a height from the upper end to the lower end of the side of the n-type column region NC1. When the similarity degree is determined not to satisfy the predetermined condition, the detection apparatus 30 determines that the communication packet (A1501) is an unauthorized communication packet.
