Publication number: 20240362937Abstract: A text recognition system causes a trained region encoder to determine a region of interest of an image file. The system modifies a first image associated with the first region of interest (e.g., parsed out from the first region) to generate a data augmentation entity that includes a modified image. Using a trained instance encoder, the system generates a first set of visual instances corresponding to the first region of interest image and a second set of visual instances corresponding to the data augmentation entity. The system generates the corresponding first and second sequences. By executing a self-supervised contrastive loss function on the first and second sequences, the system automatically updates a continual knowledge distillation model of the trained region encoder. The system provides the first sequence to an instance decoder to generate output text in response to the prompt.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 8, 2024Publication date: October 31, 2024Inventors: Ankit Malviya, Shubhanshu Kumar Singh, Vishu Mittal, Anish Goswami, Chaithanya Manda, Saurabh Khanna, Sarika Pal

Publication number: 20240330876Abstract: Apparatus and methods for incentivizing adoption of paperless transactions by customers through a correspondence data hub are provided. The correspondence data hub may receive incoming and outgoing communications between a customer and an entity. The correspondence data hub may pre-process the communications and convert each communication to a single format. The correspondence data hub may analyze the communications and create a correspondence plan. The correspondence plan may include one or more benefits to the customer of opting in to paperless transactions. Some or all actions by the correspondence data hub may be recorded in a database. The correspondence plan may be implemented by the correspondence data hub.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 27, 2023Publication date: October 3, 2024Inventors: Murali Chowdarapu, Rinken Patel, Ryan S. Heller, Charanjit Bagga, Sowdamini Tanneeru, Anubhav Anukool, Saurabh Khanna, Sanjay Yadav

Patent number: 12033408Abstract: A text recognition system receives a prompt and, based on the prompt, causes a trained region encoder to determine a first region of interest of an image file. Using a trained instance encoder, the system generates a first set of visual instances corresponding to the first region of interest image and a second set of visual instances corresponding to the data augmentation entity. Publication number: 20240126412Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to a system, method, or computer program product for convenient, secure digital data archiving and utilization across multiple communication channels. The system and methods may also include an array of indications regarding what documents may be required to be uploaded by a user, how many documents to upload, and a confirmation of documents uploaded being the correct types following a user upload action. As such, the system may utilize JSON templates indicating a number of required documents, a correct confirmation message following document upload, and a mechanism for confirming that the documents being uploaded are the correct types of documents via an analysis of input fields of the uploaded documents.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 18, 2022Publication date: April 18, 2024Applicant: BANK OF AMERICA CORPORATIONInventors: Silvia Adriana Krasuk, Mansoor Zafar, Saurabh Khanna, Ryan Scott Heller, Muralidhar Chowdarapu

Publication number: 20240005427Abstract: An orchestrated services layer system for a multi-tier architecture is provided. The system may include an electronic signature application programming interface (API) and an electronic signature framework. The API may receive a request for electronic signature relating to a specific transaction. The request may include an identi-authenti object that authenticates and identifies a customer, customer identification data and transaction data. The API may retrieve a template associated with the transaction data. The API may transfer the request, or a portion of the request and the template to a framework. The framework may prepare a document-to-sign by adding personalized customer information to the document, selecting a type of electronic signature and adding signature tags to the document. The framework may return the ready-to-sign document to the API. The API may forward, for signature, the ready-to-sign document to a channel associated with the customer.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 29, 2022Publication date: January 4, 2024Inventors: Michael Betsko, Ryan S. Heller, Vince Holt, Igor Derensteyn, Murali Chowdarapu, Saurabh Khanna, David Smiddy, Sreelatha Sankararaman
