  • Publication number: 20240013786
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to using machine learning to simulate an interactive voice response system. A computing platform may receive user interaction information corresponding to interactions between a user and enterprise computing devices. Based on the user interaction information, the computing platform may identify predicted intents for the user, and may generate hotkey information based on the predicted intents. The computing platform may send the hotkey information and commands directing the mobile device to output the hotkey information. The computing platform may receive hotkey input information from the mobile device. Based on the hotkey input information, the computing platform may generate a hotkey response message. • Patent number: 11677872
Abstract: Apparatus and methods for enhancing security of an authentication process of a caller that initiated a call in an Interactive Voice Response (“IVR”) system are provided. The methods may include routing the call through the IVR system to a headset. After the routing, the methods may include retrieving data associated with the caller. In response to the retrieved data meeting one or more predetermined conditions, a graphical user interface of an agent computer paired to the headset may display a plurality of validation information for validating the caller. Selection by the agent of validation information may trigger methods for transmitting a request to the caller, via a caller mobile phone, to input the validation information selected by the agent. The methods may additionally include authenticating the caller based at least in part on the information input into the mobile phone.

  • Patent number: 11668711
Abstract: A diagnostic assay strip includes a first layer that includes an iron mobile labelled specific binding partner that will bind to and iron biomarker from a sample and produce an iron complex and a vitamin A mobile labelled specific binding partner that will bind to a vitamin A biomarker from the sample and produce a vitamin A complex. A second layer includes iron and vitamin A test regions, and a control region. The iron test region has immobilized specific binding partners that will bind to the iron complex. The vitamin A test region has immobilized vitamin A biomarker that will bind to vitamin A mobile labelled specific binding partner, which is not bound to the vitamin A biomarker, passing from the first layer to the second layer. The control region has a moiety which will non-specifically bind to and immobilize the iron and vitamin A labelled specific binding partners. Methods of using the diagnostic assay strip are also discussed.

  • Patent number: 11238628
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for an intelligent auto-fill process capable of smartly filling objects on a canvas using selected context-based images. Content related to the canvas is analyzed to determine context tags related to the canvas. The context tags are used to generate a media list comprised of one or more context-based image. The media list is used to automatically fill at least one object on the canvas such that a relevant part of the context-based image is visible. In this way, objects on a canvas can be automatically filled with images related to the context of the canvas.

  • Patent number: 11126856
Abstract: A video editing application generates video-filled text based on context-sensitive video segments. For example, the video editing application receives a text selection including multiple characters. A text selection context that identifies a characteristic of the text selection is determined, the context including a category of the text selection and a tag identifying an entity associated with the text selection. Scores are computed for multiple video segments, each score indicating a match between an attribute of the respective video segment and the text selection context. Video segments with attributes that match the context are selected, based on a comparison of each score to a threshold. The video editing application generates a composite video that includes a combination of a selected video segment and a character from the text selection, the combination including an outline of the character and the selected video segment.

  • Publication number: 20210278404
Abstract: A competitive diagnostic assay strip includes a first layer on a substrate for receiving, absorbing, and filtering a liquid sample. A second layer is on the substrate downstream of the first layer and includes a specific binding partner of a target molecule that will bind to the target molecule and produce a complex. A third layer is on the substrate downstream of the second layer and includes test and control regions. The test region has target molecules which will bind to and immobilize the complex in the test region. The control region has a moiety which will non-specifically bind to and immobilize the binding partner in the control region. In one embodiment, a spacer layer is on the substrate downstream of the second layer and designed to substantially stop flow of material from the second layer within the spacer layer to provide added mixing and incubation time for formation of the complex.

  • Patent number: 11093925
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for use in imposing chargeback probability scores on network transactions. One exemplary method includes obtaining at least one transaction detail of a network transaction between a consumer and a merchant. A computing device determines a chargeback probability score for the network transaction based, at least in part, on the at least one transaction detail. Chargeback data is transmitted to an entity associated with the network transaction, where the chargeback data includes at least one of (a) the chargeback probability score and (b) an indicator that the chargeback probability score fails to satisfy one or more thresholds, thereby permitting the entity to hold and/or decline the network transaction when the chargeback probability score fails to satisfy one or more thresholds.

  • Patent number: 10345295
Abstract: A device for detecting the presence of a target in a sample including a first port configured to receive a multi-layered substrate having a sample inlet and a reagent inlet. The sample inlet is connected to a first microfluidic channel and the reagent inlet is connected to both the first microfluidic channel and a second microfluidic channel. The second microfluidic channel has a longer pathway than the first microfluidic channel. A first test strip and a second test strip are each connected to both the first microfluidic channel and the second microfluidic channel, while a third test strip is connected only to the first microfluidic channel. Each test strip includes a conjugate section, a detection section, and a collection section.

  • Publication number: 20190108520
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for facilitating payment, at a courier terminal of a courier, on delivery of products offered by multiple different merchants. One exemplary method includes receiving, by a computing device, an order record from a merchant identifying a product ordered by a consumer and including a merchant ID for the merchant. The computing device then retrieves, from a data structure, a payment gateway address associated with the merchant ID and modifies the order record to include the payment gateway address. The payment gateway address is for a payment gateway associated with the merchant. The computing device then transmits the modified order record to the courier, thereby permitting the payment gateway address to be imposed on the courier terminal such that a payment account transaction initiated at the courier terminal for payment on delivery of the product is directed to an account specific to the merchant.
