    Abstract: A method and system for provisioning a communication service using a proxy server in a cloud. The method includes engaging a service provider network and a cloud in a zero-rated service level agreement (SLA). Further, the method includes receiving a message and compressing content of the received message into plain text. The method further includes detecting one or more attachments associated with the message and removing the one more attachments from the message. Furthermore, the method includes inserting one or more links to the one or more removed attachments into the message and routing the message to one or more receivers in accordance to the zero-rated SLA.
