Abstract: A foot peg for use on a motor cycle, the foot peg comprises a body portion having an outer surface of selected configuration, and having a storage compartment therein. The body portion has an access opening. A cover member is provided for covering the access opening to seal it from outside of the foot peg, and is movable between a closed position to close the access opening, and an open position to allow access to the storage compartment. A connector is formed on the body portion for connecting the foot peg to the motor cycle. The cover member is configured such that, when in the closed position, it is substantially continuous with the selected configuration of the outer surface of the body portion so as to substantially conceal from casual observation the existence of the storage compartment.
