  • Patent number: 11423453
Abstract: A computer implemented method maintaining a database including records of one or more supplier system catalogs enabled by multiple buyer systems. The method includes tracking, by the processor, query expressions and corresponding query results generated from the database by a specific buyer system, the query results identifying matches between the query expressions and a set of records of supplier system catalogs enabled and integrated for procurement with the specific buyer system. The method further includes determining, from the query expressions and corresponding query results, the query expressions that satisfy criteria for low match rates and identifying additional matches between the query expressions and at least one unassociated supplier system catalog outside of the set of enabled and integrated supplier system catalogs, the identifying based upon an analysis of community buyer system data. A report is generated based upon the additional matches and transmitted to the specific buyer system.

  • Patent number: 11321480
Abstract: A drafting area of a user interface for a sender to compose an electronic communication and a field area of the user interface to receive user input that identifies a recipient of the electronic communication is provided. A user input of a resource locator of a file is received in the user interface. Responsive to receiving the user input of the resource locator of the file in the user interface, a notification area that identifies, for the sender, a plurality of options to modify access rights of the recipient for the file identified in the electronic communication is presented in the user interface. The access rights of the recipient are allowed to be modified by the sender who is not an administrator or an owner of an access control list associated with the file.

  • Patent number: 11195178
Abstract: Techniques for implementing conditional approval chains through a spend management system are described herein. In an embodiment, a spend management system stores data defining a plurality of conditional approval chains. The system receives a request to perform a particular transaction between a first account and a second account. The system identifies a particular conditional approval chain, of the plurality of conditional approval chains, for the transaction, the particular conditional approval chain comprising a particular condition based on a particular rating value for a particular account and a consequent comprising a requirement for approval from a third account. Using the particular rating value for the second account, the system computes a result of the particular conditional approval chain.

  • Patent number: 11192633
Abstract: Systems and methods to actively control vibrations affecting an aerial vehicle are described. Vibrations affecting a location of interest on an aerial vehicle may be measured, and phases of one or more propellers of the aerial vehicle may be determined. Based on the measured vibrations and determined phases of propellers, adjustments to the phases of the propellers may be determined to modify the vibrations affecting the location of interest. In this manner, vibrations at a location of interest on an aerial vehicle may be reduced, minimized, increased, induced, or otherwise modified as desired.

  • Patent number: 11157850
Abstract: Techniques are provided for automated information retrieval based on supplier risk. In an embodiment, a selection of a supplier identifier value that identifies a supplier during a supplier onboarding process in an e-procurement system is received. A digital data repository of the e-procurement system is queried to seek a data record matching the selected supplier identifier value. In response to determining that the data repository has a record matching the selected supplier identifier value, a risk score value associated with the selected supplier identifier value is identified from a dataset of risk score values that is stored in the data repository. A unique mapping table is generated that maps each supplier risk score value of one or more supplier risk score values to one or more information request identifiers, the one or more supplier risk score values including the risk score value associated with the selected supplier identifier value.

  • Publication number: 20210264538
Abstract: Document creation systems and methods are provided for a potential risk relationship between an enterprise and an entity. A back-end application computer server may include a data collection engine to exchange information with a remote entity device associated with the entity. A bundle creation engine may receive the information about the entity and automatically and dynamically create a potential bundle of optional risk relationship components (each associated with an electronic file representing an optional risk relationship component document). A presentation engine may present information about the potential bundle and receive an indication of a selected subset of the potential bundle of optional risk relationship components. A final document construction engine may automatically construct, based on the selected subset and associated electronic files representing component documents, an electronic file representing a risk relationship package document to be transmitted to the remote entity device.

  • Publication number: 20210203886
Abstract: A system for inferring features in a digital image includes a vision sensor for capturing and optically encrypting an image of a visual scene so as to shroud any human-perceivable features contained therein. An image interpreter in communication with the vision sensor is programmed to recognize and classify features in the encrypted image without prior decryption, thereby ensuring the privacy of any subjects depicted therein. The vision sensor is encoded with a calibration key that applies a unique transformation function to optically encrypt the captured image. The image interpreter is permitted access to the calibration key and applies a convolutional network constructed using the calibration key, a source convolutional network, and a set of private layer keys in order to infer features in the encrypted image without prior decryption. For applications requiring enhanced privacy protection, the inference output produced by the image interpreter remains encrypted but available for further feature detection.

  • Patent number: 11017464
Abstract: A fraud detection system for detecting fraudulent acts related to account takeover in digital transactions is disclosed. In some embodiments, the fraud detection system is programmed to detect occurrences of triggering events for account takeover fraud. The triggering events generally include changes related to the taken-over account, such access patterns, account data, or linked transactional data. In response to detecting the occurrence of one triggering event, the fraud detection system is programmed to determine whether the triggering event corresponds to potential fraud by analyzing historical triggering events and triggering events involving similar accounts. In response to identifying potential fraud, the fraud detection system is programmed to send a notification of the potential fraud to a device associated with the taken-over account before the triggering event or a device associated with an affected account engaged in a transaction with the taken-over account.

  • Patent number: 10997652
Abstract: Systems and methods for generating event templates for requested event types are described herein. In an embodiment, a server computer receives transactional data describing transactions between a plurality of computing devices. The server computer uses the transactional data to identify a plurality of instances of a particular event type by determining, for each instance, that a plurality of transactions associated with a particular computing device relate to an event of the particular event type. The server computer uses the transactional data related to the plurality of instances of the particular event type to determine a plurality of items for the particular event type. When the server computer receives a request from a client computing device to generate an event, the server computer generates and displays an event template which identifies the plurality of items.

  • Publication number: 20210117986
Abstract: A fraud detection system for detecting fraudulent acts related to payment discounts from digital transactional data is disclosed. In some embodiments, the fraud detection system is programmed or configured with data structures and/or database records that are arranged to detect an occurrence of a triggering event, such as receiving an early payment discount by a buyer account from a supplier account. The fraud detection system is programmed to analyze how a first amount charged for certain items by the supplier account to the buyer account before the triggering event has changed to a second amount after the triggering event from digital documents related to procurement transactions. The certain items may include items for sale or for other miscellaneous items. The digital documents may include catalogs, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, or invoices. The fraud detection system is programmed to further detect any potential fraud committed by the supplier account based on the analysis result.

  • Patent number: 10970660
Abstract: Techniques for community-based spend analysis in a software as a service computing environment are disclosed. The techniques leverage information available about community spend to provide new insights into a particular customer's spend. The new insights result from using a trained deep learning classifier to classify spend data lines from both the community of customers and the particular customer in standard spend categories. The spend data lines may be from invoices, requisitions and purchase orders, for example. According to some of the techniques, after classifying the spend data lines in standard spend categories, a highly accurate community-based comparison between spend of the community versus spend of the particular customer in one or more particular standard spend categories is provided in a graphical user interface.
