Abstract: A hanger assembly 100 couples to a T-bar grid for supporting an electrical box 104. The hanger assembly 100 includes an elongated support bar 106 having a male portion 108 that telescopes within a female portion 110 for varying the length of the elongated support bar 106. A pair of vertical supports 112 couple to the T-bar grid 102 and have a plurality of mounting positions 114 for setting a height between the elongated support bar 106 and a ceiling tile mounted within the T-bar grid 102. The vertical supports 112 also allow for aslant mounting of the elongated support bar 106. A support bracket 118 mounts the electrical box 104 to the elongated support bar 106 and a pair of tile supports 120 extend between the elongated support bar 106 and the ceiling tile 116 on each side of the electrical box 104.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for transmitting graphical representations is disclosed. The present invention has an image generator (112) that generates an image (114) of a head (106) with facial features, including an eye portion (202) that correlates to an eye (240) in the head (106). The apparatus also has a non-updating tracker (116) that searches for an eye target image of the eye (240) in the head (106). The eye portion (202) correlating to the eye (240) is positioned at the target image located by the non-updating tracker (116). The apparatus also has an updating tracker (118) that searches for an updated eye target image when the non-updating tracker (116) is unable to locate the eye target image. The updating tracker (118) also positions the eye portion (202) at the updated eye target image and updates the updated eye target image with the eye portion (202). The updating tracker further determines the location of the eye portion (202).

Abstract: Surfactants useful as dispersing aids in the preparation of compositions comprising a hydrophilic colloid having hydrophobic particles dispersed therein have the structure ##STR1## wherein R is H or methyl provided that when each n=1, each R is methyl;M is a cation; and,n is an integer from 1 to 6.Such surfactants offer coating, photographic property and processing advantages when incorporated in photographic materials comprising a support bearing a plurality of hydrophilic colloid layers including at least one light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer wherein at least one of the underlying hydrophilic colloid layers of the material contains hydrophobic particles dispersed therein with the aid of the surfactant.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a process of precipitating for use in photography a silver halide emulsion employing a gelatino-peptizer containing alkylated methionine and to an emulsion produced by this process. A variety of advantages can be realized, including an increase in the population of twinned grains and a higher yield of thin tabular grains.
