Investment data is generated that indicates the investment characteristics and investor activity for each of the subset of properties. A search request is received that specifies a geographic area and an investment type. In response to receiving the search request, it is algorithmically resolved based in part on comparing it to the investment data to generate a search result that indicates potential investment properties from the subset, and the search result is provided to the requesting device.
