Abstract: A material transfer device for coupling the threaded pour spout of two containers to one another to permit transfer of liquid product from one container to the other. The basic coupling device comprises a tubular member having at least two different thread patterns at opposed ends, allowing the coupler to be used with containers of multiple differing thread patterns, i.e., diameter and/or thread pitch. The coupler also includes internal sealing flanges to prevent seepage of product from the joined containers.
