  • Publication number: 20050086842
Abstract: A portable display device and method of setting up the portable display device. The display device includes first and second panels that can fold inwardly relative to each other. The device may also include a marquee surface integral with the display device that extends outwardly from the first and second panels, and a footer integral with the display device that extends away from the first and second panels. First and second bottom braces can also be integral with and movably coupled to the first and second panels, respectively.

  • Publication number: 20050066560
Abstract: A display board assembly comprising a display board and a frame coupled to the display board. The frame defines a gap dimensioned to receive and hold a sheet. The frame may include a body engageable with the display board. The body may further include a first projection defining a first surface and a second projection defining a second surface positioned to face the first surface, wherein the first and second surfaces define the gap dimensioned to receive and hold a sheet. The body can define a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The display board assembly can be used to post a sheet by inserting a sheet into the gap substantially along the transverse direction.

  • Patent number: 6261026
Abstract: A clip for mounting panels and doors to indexed poles utilizes a resilient C-shaped pole receiving member with an interiorly-directed ridge centrally located along the inner perimeter thereof. The interiorly-directed ridge is received in any desired unoccupied annular groove along the indexed pole. The clip further utilizes first and second opposing panel interface members that extend in one direction from the exterior of the C-shaped pole-receiving member. A raised button or projection extending from a first panel interface member toward a second panel interface member may be provided to secure a panel between the two panel interface members. Use of the clip allows mounting and dismounting of panels to indexed poles, such as the indexed poles found in shelf organizing systems, without the need for tools. By utilizing clips along only a single edge of a panel, each of the clips can serve as a hinge and the panel as a door member.

  • Patent number: 6261021
Abstract: A binder insert with a folder portion and a clip. The folder portion defines at least one ring aperture configured and dimensioned to receive and mount to rings of a binder. The folder portion also has a first sheet defining a clip-mounting aperture and a second sheet facing the first sheet. The clip includes first and second clip portions resiliently biased toward each other. The clip is mounted to the first sheet through the clip-mounting aperture, and the first and second clip portions are disposed in a clamping position on the exterior of the first and second sheets and compressively engaged against the sheets to bias them against each other.

  • Patent number: 6202266
Abstract: A versatile user-adjustable clamp for clamping accessories to the panels of ready-to-assemble furniture articles, and other surfaces such as countertops, has a main body member, a jaw member, and a knob. The main body member has a substantially spool-shaped section with accessory interface means at opposing ends thereof, and a rectangular section that projects tangentially from the spool-shaped section. The spool-shaped section of the main body member telescopingly receives the jaw member, and has a knob-receiving aperture. The knob is rotatably secured within the knob aperture and provides a means for actuating the telescopic movement of the jaw member relative to the main clamp body. The jaw member includes a flat surface interface that is oriented parallel to the rectangular section of the main clamp body, and has a separate accessory interface means therein.
