  • Patent number: 11742075
Abstract: Networks and methods include receiving healthcare information and with a computer identifying when a patient is readmitted to a healthcare provider. A readmission notification is generated for identified readmissions. The notification may identify the patient being readmitted, the readmitting event, prior event(s) and provider(s), substantive healthcare and clinical status for the patient, treatment dates, and/or any other desired information. Readmission alerts can be formatted and provided in accordance with their consumers' parameters. Example methods and embodiments may receive, process, store, compare, and otherwise use any of HL7 messages, CCDA information, clinical feeds, or any other type of electronic healthcare record. This information may be received from any number of different healthcare information sources and providers.

  • Publication number: 20210194997
Abstract: Network architectures are interfaced with diverse inputs like a hub with multiple spokes. A portion of these input are further interfaced as limited outputs. The inputs can be from wholly different users streaming unrelated data in different protocols. HL7 ADTs in these inputs can control network configuration, culling or screening output to communications that match user parameters. Network architectures can aggregate and enhance information that matches from among these inputs, including information across protocols such as HL7. Such information can be provided and stored back to other sources so as to add to or correct wide area data stores. All communications can be provided in real-time and with manageable volumes that do not fatigue users and better manage network resources.

  • Patent number: 10938962
Abstract: Network architecture with a plurality of data streams, wherein at least one of the data streams includes data updated in real-time; a plurality of protocol interfaces each connected to at least one of the data streams; a processor coupled with the protocol interfaces; an output interface coupled to a display for showing a graphical user interface; and a memory coupled to the processor including instructions that when executed by the processor, cause the processor to, multiplex a plurality of signals from the plurality of data streams via the protocol interfaces into a single output, wherein the multiplexing is executed based on an identity of the one of the data stream from which the signal originated, and output the single output to the graphical user interface via the output interface.

  • Publication number: 20170220742
Abstract: Networks and methods include computers that receive electronic healthcare information from a provider, identify a patient in the received information, and address and deliver an update to the patient and/or a related party. The address is determined from a database that includes information for the patients, including internal, governmental, and proprietary private databases. The update may be delivered along with a healthcare alert to subscribing parties, such that a patient will be made aware that their healthcare information has been shared and related parties can take action with regard to the patient. The update is customizable with any information from the healthcare information and databases and information from subscribing parties and can be further customized based on the addressee. The update can be generated in real-time or following a delay and delivered via any electronic or hard-copy means by the computer.

  • Publication number: 20160034641
Abstract: Networks and methods include or use a computer hardware processor to manage healthcare information between healthcare information providers and subscribers. Subscriber and provider requests are used in the networks and methods to provide only responsive content to subscribers and providers. Providers may receive content that identifies the subscribers to patients in requests from providers or in healthcare messages from providers. Networks and methods screen healthcare with criteria in the requests, and only when the information matches the criteria, provides a deliverable based on the healthcare information, in desired format and fashion, to the subscriber or provider associated with the matching criteria. Systems and methods are configured to receive requests, healthcare information, and other parameters directly from subscribers and providers, as well through intermediaries.

  • Publication number: 20140278483
Abstract: Networks are input with instructions from various types of healthcare subscribers, including identification of patients of these subscribers. Networks observe updates generated for the listed patients by healthcare providers, such as hospital encounters. The updates are numerous and update input can be rushed treatment facilities prone to error in information, so networks comprehensively filter the updates against all available instructions and identification to filter out all qualifying updates to be passed on to subscribers. Networks can format, transmit, and otherwise provide the updates based on anything commended by the client instructions. Networks may also share patient information itself with the update source to improve information association and correct client information at these sources.
