  • Patent number: 11259906
Abstract: A case for a dental treatment device includes a bottom panel having an inner surface and an outer surface. The inner surface of the bottom panel defines a first concave portion that corresponds to a shape of a bottom of the dental treatment device. The first concave portion forms a corresponding first convex portion of the outer surface of the bottom panel. The case also includes a top panel having an inner surface and an outer surface. The inner surface of the top panel defines a second concave portion that corresponds to a shape of a top of the dental treatment device. The second convex portion forms a corresponding second convex portion of the outer surface of the top panel.

  • Patent number: 10407219
Abstract: Provided is a method for making barrier tube shoulders. The method includes forming a parison from a multi-layer laminated structure having an inner layer that faces an interior of the parison, an outer layer comprising an exterior surface of the parison, and an interdisposed layer between the inner layer and the outer layer, wherein the interdisposed layer is a flavor barrier layer. The method also includes providing an extrusion blow molding (EBM) mold comprising at least one cavity shaped as a barrier tube shoulder, positioning the parison in the EBM mold, and blow molding the parison such that the parison substantially conforms to the EBM mold to form a barrier tube shoulder having the barrier layer.

  • Patent number: 10172499
Abstract: A dispenser includes a body defining an internal volume and an opening that provides a path of fluid communication between the internal volume and an exterior of the body. A first tubular member extends through the opening. A length of the first tubular member is greater than or equal to about 150% of a height of the body. In response to squeezing the body, a composition in the internal volume flows out of the body through the opening and into the first tubular member.

  • Publication number: 20180105341
Abstract: A tube or other container for storing and dispensing a product such as toothpaste, a lotion, a cream, etc., includes one or more recesses. Initially, each recess (30) is in a concave position relative to an exterior of the sealed tube. Due to outgassing or other factors, pressure within an interior of the sealed tube may increase. During the pressure increase, the one or more recesses (30) deflect from the initial concave position toward a convex position relative to the exterior of the tube, thereby effectively increasing a volume of the interior of the tube and maintaining pressure within the tube at a more desirable level.

  • Publication number: 20180086529
Abstract: A tube or other container for storing and dispensing a product such as toothpaste, a lotion, a cream, etc., includes one or more creases. Initially, each crease can be in a contracted position, where the tube has a first volume when the crease is in the contracted position. Due to outgassing of the product and/or other factors, pressure may increase within the sealed tube. In response to the pressure increase, the one or more creases can deflect from the contracted position to an expanded position, where the tube has a second, increased volume when the crease is in the expanded position. Deflection of the one or more creases effectively increases the volume of the interior of the tube, and maintains pressure within the tube at a desirable level.
