  • Patent number: 8151591
Abstract: An air conditioning case houses an evaporator for an air conditioning system and a blower unit. A drainage hole for water that condenses on the evaporator is located between the evaporator and the blower unit. An extension wall shields the drainage hole from the air blown by the blower unit. A shielding wall shields a water channel located between the evaporator and the air conditioning case from the blower unit. A partition wall located within the water channel extends from the air conditioning case to the evaporator.

  • Publication number: 20090309742
Abstract: One embodiment of an emergency alert system consisting of a data collector (102) that collects data from one or more data sources, a website (103) that collects information from customers, a central database (114) that stores all the information in the system, an alert engine (115) that figures out what alerts need to be sent and transmits those alerts to the correct devices, and mechanisms that allow users to receive alerts (116, 117 119, and 120). The website component (103) of the emergency alert system allows customers to create accounts, register devices such as mobile phones and computers, register email addresses, and register a list of emergency contacts. The data collector component (102) of the alert system receives and saves alerts from one or more data sources and the alert engine (115) transmits those alerts to customers.

  • Publication number: 20050085695
Abstract: An endoscopic device for use at a site within a body includes an inner portion and a sheath surrounding the inner portion. The inner portion defines an operative channel and an optical channel. The operative channel provides a path for fluid to or from the body site. The sheath defines a pressure-sensing channel and a fluid channel that provides a path for fluid to or from the body site. The pressure-sensing channel and the fluid channel are defined between the sheath and the inner portion. The pressure-sensing channel is configured to couple to a pressure sensor to sense pressure at the body site.
