    Abstract: A parallel chord truss includes elongate lateral chord members of which at least one chord member is continuous along the length of the parallel chord truss in a fixed engagement with a penetrable separating member or web. Lateral chord members are cross-braced for permitting access to a penetrable separating member for allowing cabling, and the like, to pass through apertures in the penetrable separating member.
