    Abstract: A method for assembling a three-phase AC heater is disclosed. The method features swaging individual legs of a three-phase heater within a tubing, then bundling the legs together in a lineal fashion for swaging within an outer tube. The ends of the heater assembly are fitted with potting cups and potted with a compound appropriate for resisting moisture and humidity.
