  • Publication number: 20220178909
Abstract: Disclosed herein include systems, methods, compositions, and kits for measuring the secretion level of a secreted factor of a single cell. Disclosed herein include solid supports comprising a plurality of capture probes capable of specifically binding to secreted factors secreted by a single cell. In some of the embodiments, at least two of the capture probes are capable of binding different secreted factors. Also disclosed herein include secreted factor-binding reagents capable of specifically binding to a secreted factor bound by a capture probe. Secreted factor-binding reagents can comprise a detectable moiety, or a precursor thereof. Secreted factor-binding reagents capable of binding the same secreted factor comprise the same detectable moiety, or a precursor thereof, and secreted factor-binding reagents capable of binding different secreted factors can comprise different detectable moieties, or precursors thereof.

  • Patent number: 10663476
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure include methods and systems for assaying a sample for an analyte. Methods according to certain embodiments include illuminating a sample with a slit-shaped beam of light, detecting light transmitted through the sample, determining absorbance of the transmitted light at one or more wavelengths and calculating concentration of the analyte based on the absorbance to assay the sample for the analyte. Systems for practicing the subject methods are also described.

  • Patent number: 9523682
Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods for the detection of one or more analytes in a sample. Aspects of the methods include flowing a sample (e.g., a biological sample, such as blood) through a channel comprising an analyte specific capture domain stably associated with a surface thereof, wherein the analyte specific capture domain comprises particles displaying a specific binding member for an analyte; and imaging the analyte specific capture domain to detect whether the analyte is present in the sample. Also provided are systems, devices, and kits that may be used in practicing the subject methods. Methods and compositions as described herein find use in a variety of different applications, including diagnostic applications.
