  • Publication number: 20250245624
Abstract: An inventory management system for maintaining inventory of liquid containers. A first container storage device, in a stock room weighs bottles and gets unique IDs on the bottles. A second device also weighs and reads information in a bar area. A database stores identification information and weights from the first and second container storage device, and operating to determine when a first container has been lifted from said first container storage device and moved to said second container storage device. The database indicates the first container as being in storage when the first container is on said first container storage device and indicates the first container as being in use when the first container when the first container is on said second container storage device. When the weights differ, the computer indicates an incident.

  • Patent number: 12373902
Abstract: A drink ordering and dispensing system. A drink is ordered, and placed into a database. When drinks are poured, their contents are automatically determined and they are added to the point of sale system, and the drink is popped up to the server, so that the server can associate that drink as poured to someone's bill.

  • Patent number: 12354386
Abstract: A drink ordering and dispensing system. A drink is ordered, and placed into a database. When drinks are poured, they are associated with the drinks that have been in the database. Scale is used to hold all the bottles. Whenever a bottle is removed or replaced on the scale, the total weight of the scale changes, and hence the weight change of the bottle can be determined. Once the drink is poured, the id of the bottle, and the weight on the scale before and after pouring is used to determine if the drink has been over poured. The scale includes a camera that can be used to identify the bottle and the server who does the pouring. The server who does the pouring can be identified using a biometric scan of the person, obtained using the same camera that identifies the bottle being poured.

Abstract: A drink ordering and dispensing system. A drink is ordered, and placed into a database. When drinks or poor, they are associated with the drinks that have been in the database. Once the drink is poured, the weight of the container before and after pouring is used to determine if the drink has been over poured. If the drink is not in the database, then either an exception is established, or at the drink is automatically popped up on the point-of-sale system for a user to pour a server to use the drink.

  • Publication number: 20250074245
Abstract: An electric vehicle charging system organizes among a plurality of EV chargers in a location to coordinate access to the chargers. A scheduler, which can be a computer, communicates to the plurality of EV chargers in the location to determine a capacity of each of the plurality of chargers, and to determine information about EVs that are using the plurality of chargers and EVs that are waiting to use the plurality of chargers. The scheduler sends different vehicles to different chargers after determining a charger which is best matched to the maximum amount of charging that the first EV can accept.

  • Patent number: 12223776
Abstract: A vehicle monitoring system that monitors operation of a first vehicle on a road to determine an amount of fuel actually used by the first vehicle on each of a plurality of stretches of the road, and to use that amount of fuel used by the first vehicle on stretches of the road to determine an estimated range that a vehicle can travel based on a current fuel amount of the vehicle. The fuel is preferably electric charge. An embodiment crowd-shares the data between vehicles, so that a vehicle can get information about the battery consumption on an actual stretch of roadway.

  • Publication number: 20240394650
Abstract: Deliveries are made to a vehicle by setting a current or future location of the vehicle as the location for the delivery. A smartphone is connected to the vehicle to have access to the vehicle systems, and then the access to those systems is piggy-backed to allow the deliverer to open the vehicle to make the delivery.

  • Publication number: 20240317230
Abstract: A vehicle, having a battery, that is charged by regenerative braking. The system detects a condition which indicates that the current context of the vehicle, such as location of the vehicle, erratic operation of the vehicle, geography around the vehicle, driving conditions around the vehicle/and or information from others about a current location, is one in which regenerative braking could interfere with driving and operating to modify the regenerative braking responsive to detecting the condition.

  • Patent number: 11622249
Abstract: A smart car system that exchanges information between different vehicles. An embodiment exchanges information one for the other. Another embodiment determines or sends information from one vehicle to the other, and then receives information from a different vehicle and keeps a score of a ratio between the amount of information that is set in an amount of information received. The information is checked for trust.

  • Patent number: 11609900
Abstract: A computer that operates with a distributed ledger system, and stores a copy of a distributed ledger file that is stored by multiple different client computers. The distributed ledger file having plural values therein, and the distributed ledger file also having encryption values that verify the values in the distributed ledger file. The computer processes the values to verify at least some of the values in the distributed ledger file using the encryption values in a way that ascertains a cryptographic accuracy of the values, and to create a report indicating values that have been verified using the encryption values. The computer can use its GPU to process these values in parallel. The computer can also set new sequence numbers using a distributed system, for new values to be added to the distributed ledger.
