  • Patent number: 11499472
Abstract: Electric multiple stage variable forced air induction systems are disclosed herein. A housing defines a conduit therethrough with an exit (output) opening and an entry (intake) opening. The exit opening is to couple to and provide airflow to an air intake opening of a combustion engine. The entry opening is to receive air for delivery through the conduit to the exit opening. A plurality of stages generate thrust to increase airflow through the conduit and to the air intake opening of the combustion engine. Each stage can comprise a turbine housing component, a turbine rotor to rotate about an axis and generate thrust on air as it passes through the conduit in a direction parallel to the axis, and a motor coupled to and configured to turn the turbine rotor. One or more processing devices receive inputs indicating engine parameters and control the motor of each stage.

  • Publication number: 20120264494
Abstract: An family history game in which progress is measured at least partially by a player's family history research. In some embodiments, the family history game may comprise a computer game that may be played online to facilitate interaction between a player and a database. The player may use avatars that represent real people, who may or may not be related to or otherwise associated with the player. The player may retrieve documents or other information from searching one or more online databases that include information about a real person who corresponds to an avatar used by the player. Multiple players may interact with one another in the family history game through online social media.
