Abstract: Pruning shears include a housing having a motor portion and a handle portion. A motor is disposed within the motor portion of the housing, and a trigger assembly is disposed within the housing portion. The trigger assembly is operable to control the motor. The trigger assembly includes a trigger and a trigger lock. The trigger lock prevents actuation of the trigger until the trigger lock is depressed.

Abstract: A system and method for a scaffold deck with a fall arrest assembly is disclosed. The fall arrest assembly comprises a deck structure (102) and a rail assembly (122) for permitting an individual to tie-off in a manner that permits the individual with a range of motion along the deck structure. The fall arrest assembly further includes an uplift hook mechanism (120) connected to or otherwise installed on the deck structure such that the uplift hook mechanism is employed for both securing the deck structure to and releasing the deck structure from at least one supporting member. A plurality of deck hooks (118) connectable to or otherwise installed on the decking structure for connecting the decking structure to the supporting member is additionally provided. A deck latch assembly located connected to the uplift hook mechanism additionally facilitates connection of the deck structure to a second deck structure.

Abstract: A plank, such as a scaffold plank, is disclosed herein. In accordance with at least some embodiments, the scaffold plank comprising: a structure having a deck portion having surface upon which a worker can be supported, the portion including a plurality of perforations, the structure further having a pair of side portions extending from the surface, the side portions each including a flange with a bottom surface and a closed surface physically contacting the side portions; and a plurality of hook structures configured to receive and be supported by a scaffold system.

Abstract: A public access stair assembly for use with a scaffold assembly and methods for assembling or installing such an assembly are disclosed. Advantageously, the stair assembly is connected in-line with the scaffold assembly to create an integrated public access stair system. The system and methods disclosed herein provide numerous benefits including, by way of example and not limitation, quick installation and dismantling.
