Abstract: A toe spacer is provided that includes an elongate base and a plurality of spacer elements extending transversely from the base. One or more of the spacer elements has a shape corresponding to an aesthetic object, and a decorative pattern is applied to the spacer elements that depicts the aesthetic object. The decorative pattern may be printed directly on the spacer elements and/or may be provided on a film attached to the spacer elements. In addition or alternatively, the decorative pattern may include fabric, flocking, and the like attached to the spacer elements. The aesthetic objects may include flowers, a head of a character or other anatomical feature, and the like.

Abstract: An abrasive article for personal grooming includes an abrasive layer attached to a foam or other base layer. The abrasive layer includes abrasive material, binder material, pigment, and/or a blowing agent, e.g., to provide a three-dimensional decorative pattern extending from the base layer. In another embodiment, the abrasive article includes a translucent or transparent abrasive layer, an adhesive layer for attaching the abrasive layer to a base layer, and a decorative pattern printed between the adhesive layer and the base layer, e.g., on a lower surface of the adhesive layer and/or on an upper surface of the base layer. Alternatively, a decorative pattern may be printed within the abrasive layer, e.g., on a plastic sheet to which abrasive material and binder material are attached over the decorative pattern. The abrasive and adhesive layers are translucent or transparent such that the decorative pattern is visible through the abrasive material.

Abstract: Pumice stones are provided that includes abrasive material including a blend of abrasives, binder material to hold the abrasive material in a three-dimensional shape, e.g., an organic shape, and pigment to provide a desired decorative pattern. The pigment may be embedded within the pumice stone and/or applied to exposed surfaces thereof. The pumice stone may include different abrasive grits on different surfaces and/or may include inlaid elements in one or more surfaces. Optionally the abrasive and binder materials may be synthetic materials, e.g., aluminum oxide and/or acrylic abrasives, and/or may be transparent or translucent to enhance color resolution of pigment embedded within or applied to surfaces of the pumice stone. Methods for making such pumice stones are also disclosed.
