Abstract: A software enabled system and method for providing employees to hiring companies is disclosed. Using software running on networked computers, employee experience, skill, and availability, is matched to input requirements for such from hiring companies. Hiring companies can then choose an employee to fill a job at a geographic location and designated time and the chosen employee is provided the information on the job location, time and duration, so that they may arrive timely to perform the job for the hiring company.
