  • Patent number: 11840378
Abstract: A container (100) is provided that includes a chamber (102), a dispensing passageway and a resilient valve (120). The chamber contains a viscous fluidic material. The valve (120) is configured to transition from a normal state to a dispensing state upon a discharge pressure being applied to the chamber (102) to allow the viscous fluidic material to pass through the orifice (131) of the resilient valve and to be dispensed from the dispensing passageway as a string of the viscous fluidic material. The orifice (131) is open in the normal state. The valve is also configured to return from the dispensing state to the normal state upon cessation of the discharge pressure, whereby the resilient valve (120) assumes a pinching state while returning from the dispensing state to the normal state in which the string of the viscous fluidic material is pinched off by the orifice edge.

Abstract: An oral treatment device that emits light onto surfaces of a user's teeth. In one aspect, the oral treatment device includes an intraoral mouthpiece. The mouthpiece comprises a lamp support structure comprising a lamp support surface and is formed of a first material. A flexible lamp is mounted to the lamp support surface so that a light emitting surface of the flexible lamp assumes a concave curvature, thereby forming a lamp assembly. A guard component is overmolded to the lamp assembly. In one embodiment, the oral treatment device may be a teeth whitening device.

  • Patent number: 11155379
Abstract: A container has a container body extending along a longitudinal axis from a bottom end to a top end. The container body may define an internal cavity for holding a substance. The container body may include one or more shoulders, such as a first and/or second shoulder (e.g., axial shoulder). The shoulders may be located at the top end of the container. The container may include a neck located (e.g., nesting) between the first and second axial shoulder. The neck may be configured to accept a closure device. The neck may have an inner surface that defines a passageway into the internal cavity. The container may include one or more impact absorbing regions, such as a first axial impact absorbing region. The first axial impact absorbing region may be configured to absorb an axial force applied to the first axial shoulder and/or the second axial shoulder.
