Abstract: An apparatus, system and method is provided facilitating the planning and tracking of nutrient consumption and expenditure by humans, especially children, including various indicators such as graphical images pertaining to potential dietary intake of foods and liquids like vegetables, fruits and water and physical activities like running, dancing and the like, wherein the various indicators are uniquely charted to accomplish the monitoring and/or projecting of nutrient utilization.
