  • Publication number: 20220038066
Abstract: A transceiver integrated circuit comprised of multiple semiconductor technologies that are heterogeneously integrated. The main functions of the transceiver integrated circuit being a power amplifier, low noise amplifier, switch and digital functions. Each function is designed in the desired semiconductor technology where the critical parts of that semiconductor technology are combined with passive components of that function on another semiconductor technology. The result is a transceiver integrated circuit with improved performance and lower cost.

  • Publication number: 20150217920
Abstract: A multi-piece package is provided. The package includes a plastic component configured to hold a product. The plastic component includes a product compartment sized to receive the product, an outer portion at least partially surrounding the product compartment and a post extending outward from the outer portion. The package includes a non-plastic component. The non-plastic component includes a first segment having an outer surface and an inner surface, a second segment having an outer surface and an inner surface, a product opening formed through the non-plastic component and a post opening cut through the non-plastic component. The outer portion of the plastic component is captured between opposing portions of the first segment of the non-plastic component and of the second segment of the non-plastic component following assembly. The product compartment extends through the product opening and the post extends through the post opening following assembly.

  • Publication number: 20060286319
Abstract: A beverage container includes a beverage bottle and a label adjacent to the beverage bottle and including a set of microcapsules that contain a phase change material. The phase change material has a latent heat of at least 40 J/g and a transition temperature in the range of 0° C. to 40° C. The phase change material provides thermal regulation based on at least one of absorption and release of the latent heat at the transition temperature.

  • Publication number: 20020163984
Abstract: Apparatus and method for recovering clock and data signals from received transmission line information and for regenerating the recovered clock and data signals. The apparatus comprises a clock detector for recovering and generating a clock signal from the received transmission line information and a data detector for recovering and regenerating data contained in the received transmission line information and directional coupling apparatus for magnetically coupling the received transmission line information with the clock and data circuitry.
