  • Patent number: 11651923
Abstract: A novel fuse assembly design utilizes a fuse body, a single-piece terminal assembly and a two-piece endbell. The terminal assembly is disposed within the fuse body and includes first and second opposing surfaces with a fuse element extending between a first terminal and a second terminal. The endbell, to be connected to the fuse body, includes first and second endbell portions. Formed within the first endbell portion is a first receptacle and extending from the first endbell portion is a first protrusion. Formed within the second endbell portion is a second receptacle and extending from the second endbell portion is a second protrusion. When the two endbell portions are fastened to one another with the terminal assembly sandwiched between them, the first protrusion engages the second receptacle and the second protrusion engages the first receptacle.

  • Patent number: 11289297
Abstract: A novel fuse assembly design utilizes single-piece terminal assemblies and two-piece endbells. The two-piece endbells and terminal assembly feature mating elements that enable fastening of the endbell portions to the terminal assembly without use of adhesives. The mating elements also provide positioning guidance for ease of assembly. Slots in the endbells for receipt of insertion pins enable the endbells to be pre-cast/pre-molded without costly rework of molding tools.

  • Publication number: 20210304998
Abstract: A sub-structure element support system is disclosed. The sub-structure element support system includes a novel molded structure designed to support an electrical element, such as a fuse. The molded structure is a protective and insulative sleeve for the electrical element and reduces forces on the electrical element during free-fall and operation conditions. The molded structure also facilitates automation during manufacturing and reduces cost.

  • Patent number: 8016044
Abstract: In an embodiment, an agricultural implement includes at least a first row of ground engaging tools, each of the tools spaced a first distance apart from one another, and a second row of ground engaging tools disposed behind the first row of ground engaging tools, each of the second row of ground engaging tools spaced a second distance apart from one another. The implement also includes a row of soil shaping disks disposed behind the second row of ground engaging tools, wherein a spacing between each of the soil shaping disks is not uniform and corresponds to whether the spacing is behind the first row of ground engaging disks or behind the second row of ground engaging disks.

  • Patent number: 7631701
Abstract: A bearing shield and disk scraper system to remove and deflect dirt, debris, and soil from a bearing assembly, rigid bearing hanger or standard, and/or disk blade, is provided; the system also provides a protective barrier structure for the bearing assembly. The bearing shield and disk scraper system includes a shield member and a scraper blade connected thereto. The bearing shield at least partially encases and protects a bearing assembly that rotatably supports a common axle which carries multiple disk blades of the disk gang. The scraper blade is attached to the shield member by way of a mounting flange that extends therefrom. An edge of the scraper blade is positioned in close proximity to a concave surface of an adjacent disk blade, whereby the entire assemblage of bearing shield and disk scraper system protects the bearing assembly and prevents non-desired accumulation of dirt and debris on the disk blade.

  • Publication number: 20090000796
Abstract: An adjustable scraper blade system for use with disk harrow implements is provided. The adjustable scraper blade system includes a mounting bracket secured at one end to the harrow implement, a scraper blade, and fasteners for selectively fixing the scraper blade in position. The scraper blade includes an arcuate scraping edge and an anchoring aperture defining an axis of pivotation of the scraper blade. It further includes an elongate adjustment slot that defines a range of arcuate adjustment of the scraper blade. The adjustability features of the adjustable scraper blade system facilitate alignment of the scraper blade so its scraping edge can be fixed in aligned face-to-face registration with the disk blade concave surface defining a clearance or gap therebetween of generally constant width.

  • Patent number: 5226575
Abstract: The invention comprises a pneumatic gun for applying mortar in small scale applications, especially for one man operations around the home. The gun may also be used for mason contractor use. The gun uses an air supply fed by a thumb activated air nozzle that supplies air pressure to the top of a column of mortar inside a small dome shaped reservoir. A flex-type pressure release hose between the thumb trigger and the reservoir allows the pressure to be released to stop the flow of mortar upon flexing the hose.
