  • Publication number: 20080296249
Abstract: A fully functioning bottle includes a tubular neck portion with an opening closed by a crown cap, a tubular base portion, and a tubular transition portion connecting the neck portion to the base portion. The bottle includes a seamless outer surface having a channel positioned along the length of the bottle body. The surface is also deformed to provide a lip, which projects above the channel to form the opener. The channel has sufficient depth to receive a crown cap positioned at the end of a second container body. The cap frictionally engages the lip, so that cap is removed from second container body when the body is rotated about the capped end.

  • Patent number: 4822052
Abstract: A matched set of golf club identification markers for each golf club in the golfer's bag each include a disc-like body portion with a cylindrical anchor member formed on the bottom surface of the body member. An enlarged conical head formed on the bottom of the cylindrical anchor member is forced through the vent hole on the golf club grip to snugly fit the anchor member within the vent hole. A protective collar is formed on the top surface of the body member and identification indicia are engraved within the space on the top surface of the body member that is protected by the annular collar. For the putter, a removable ball position indicator is added to the identification marker. The ball position indicator has a recess formed on the bottom surface for engaging a snap fastener-like head on the upper surface of the body.

  • Patent number: 4805426
Abstract: A conventional barrel-type combination lock receives a lock element extending from a safety pin housing. The safety pin housing pivotally receives a pin that pivots between an open position and a closed position relative to the safety pin housing, and the lock element of the barrel-type combination lock is moved to the locked position, the end of the pin is positioned within a pin receiving recess on the barrel-type combination lock so that the pin is locked in the closed position. A conventional chain formed from a series of interlocking links is utilized with the lockable safety pin to enable small articles to be locked to fixed objects. When the chain is not in use, it is stored within a cylindrical chain storage container that is threadedly received upon the end of the barrel-type combination lock.

  • Patent number: 4792026
Abstract: A carrying case having a zipper-type closure element includes a pair of spaced apart pockets for receiving a cylindrical locking device carrying a lockable safety pin pivotal into and out of a closed position with a lock element. The locking device is retained in the pockets oppositely of the closure element when the carrying case is closed. The pin in the open position engages the closure element and is pivoted to the closed position to prevent movement of the closure element to open the carrying case. A length of strap extending from the case may be wrapped around a stationary object and secured to the closed pin to prevent theft of the carrying case.
